I was incredibly impressed by the service of the assistant mgr. He went out of his way and made me aware of things I had not known to help me with my car’s problems. I highly recommend this place, and I’ve already told a few people about the excellent service there.

Everytime I go to this Big O tire I always get in right away and get excellent customer service and the work is quality I appreciate the work they do.

The service that I received was just as explained to me. I purchased 4 tires with alignment. My son dropped my car off and picked it up.

The staff was great getting both of my cars in and out.

Big O tires are much better than Discount. For one, how does Discount offer a tire warranty and not offer wheel alignments? I don't get it. This is why I went with Big O Tires. Back around 2017 I think, I bought tires from Big O in Gilbert, AZ and liked their customer service and this is why I went with Big O Tires and one right by my home, is awesome! I will forever be and stay a Big O Tires customer. Getting approved for a Big O Tires credit card was the icing on the cake. I needed new tires after driving back from California and I applied for the credit card in California, because I knew when I got home where I wanted to get my new tires from. It was Big O Tires!

The staff got my new tires on my Polaris Ranger in no time and I was on my way. I had no longer left the store and went to my next stop and they called to say my rig was ready. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

The car was taken back right away and the service was done in a reasonable amount of time.

I needed to have a tire checked as I had a low pressure warning light twice this week. I walked in and asked if it could be checked without an appointment and I was told yes and they could do it within the next 90 minutes. We waited and it actually only took 45 minutes. Very prompt, accurate and professional. High praise for Kyle and Jaime.

I love getting my auto work done at big o tires because they are always so helpful and friendly. Mike Williams has been amazing and his customer service is great!! The first time I went to him was at a big o tires a couple miles away from my house. I went to him for a long time and then he got moved to another location. Now he's 45 min away from my house and I still drive all the way over there because I trust him and I don't want to go to anyone else. I have 8 other big o tires that I could go to that are closer to me but I will only go where he goes. Thank you so much Mike for everything you do!! I really appreciate you so much! My go to place. Never consider anywhere else

For some of us, going to a mechanic is about as bad as going to a dentist. You know it's going to hurt, and you hope they know what they're doing. My car was over-heating--doesn't that suck here in the desert?- I was really skeptical about bringing it here, it's a tire store. But they fixed my car and it didn't hurt. However,--a few days later, I turned my car off and I could of sworn that I saw that needle go up! I called John, he said bring it back in, they kept it there for an entire day. Now, they could have said something was broken...they could have. But they didn't. They were honest and told me there was nothing wrong with my car. Yep, it was my own eyeballs looking at the wrong dial at that moment. Not only were they honest, they didn't charge me!! Gotta be THE best car mechanic experience ever :D Oh, and they drive you home, too....and pick you up when your car is ready!!! Awesome!

I went in for an oil change and they alerted me on an issue with one of my tires. So an oil change and 2 tires later I was on my way! I will definitely be going back. Their customer service is excellent!
