Jared and Trey were both very helpful over the phone when I called to talk about tires for my 89 Suburban. Jared listened to me and recommended the Sailun Terramax HLT after hearing what I wanted in a tire. Trey worked with me the rest of the way and did everything he said he would. No upselling of stuff I didn't need. I've seen people bashing Big O Tire in the Nextdoor Neighbor App, but I have been coming to this Big O location since 2006 for my Suburban and my wife's 2000 Honda Accord. I've always been treated fairly and have been satisfied with whoever I work with at this location.

Repaired my tire and put nitrogen in it like I had before. They listened to my concerns and requests as I run a higher pressure in my tires as I have bigger tires on my truck. They worked with me and got me back on the road. I greatly appreciate the services they have and availability.

Rick at the front desk educated me in what needed to be done, options, and next steps. We moved forward and all the work was completed quickly and well. I was informed that the drain plug was stripped when they attempted to change my oil. Since the last oil change was done at another Big O location it was fixed free of charge to me. Thank you for that! This San Tan Valley location will be the only location to work on my car from now on.

I’ve now taken my vehicles twice to the San Tan Valley Big O on Hunt Highway. Jared is a great guy and better yet honest and professional. First time was for an oil change and this time it was for a skid plate that has loosened under my car. I came in not knowing if they would even do this but was impressed again by the whole crew there and especially Jared willingness to help. He’s won my business going forward. I’m relatively new to the area and was worried about what I would encounter when needing my car’s serviced. Jared has solved that for me. As a small.business owner, value my clients the most and know without good service and honesty I won’t have them for long. Apparently this Big O and Jared and his crew do as well.

I came in because wire was showing on my tire...i severly needed tires and they did everything they could to give me the best price and service around. These guys were very courteous to include the manager. After a few laughs to pass the time they found the best deal they could. It's nice to know that despite this pandemic and crisis that we are having that these people found the energy to make .e purchasing tires a pleasant one.
