Everything went well & done quick! I had an oil change & a tire rotation & my care came back to me clean.

Awesome experience. Brought in a flat tire to have it replace. The technician were very helpful. They service my tire and sent me on my way fast. In and out.

I received a price quote several months ago on rotors and brakes and Big O still honored it and got my truck in the same days…no waiting

I went to them with a broken lug nut.it was going to cost me 100.00, but they waved the labor fee on it because they said it there fault. It only cost 30.00 for the oil change and lug nut. I will go back to them and send my family and friends there.

I took a tire in for replacement and the service manager was quick to let me know that my tire was still covered by warranty and I ended up paying far less than I expected. The job was done quickly and I had the tire home and back on the car right away. It is worth noting that I bought the tire at a Big O under a different ownership group but that didn't cause any issues, the service manager called the other store and had the warranty information transferred to my local Big O shop. That's great service.

I took my Jag in this last week to have the 4 tires replaced, they set up the appointment for the next morning and also to have a realignment, took it in band they said it would be done in two hours and it was. The car drives down the road great.

It was first time at any big o tires. I needed a patch on one of my tires but I was not sure which one. Not only am I very satisfied with the patch job but I did not owe anything for the service which was amazing! The waiting area was also very nice and roomy. I will be back in the future and I have already recommended to others to go here.

While we were waiting for the computer to pull up the price, we had another employee put on my windshield blades on the car. It was super effective and saved me time!
