The cost of the service I received was really good. Your website did not include any pricing on services which made it difficult to add stuff. I will use the BIG O closer to my home next time I need service. The BIG O closer to home recently opened and was not listed on website when I made my appointment so I thought maybe it was a Discount Tire until I drove by yesterday to confirm.

Oil change last week. Walked and was helped immediately. Total time around 45 min. I was satisfied with the wait time.

I Manage the Dennys near this unit. On my way in to work an 80 year old woman hit a curb and blew out her front passenger tire. She parked her car in our lot and asked for help. I took her over to the big o to find out if they had her tire on hand. Alex didn't hesitate to leave the building with us and head over to my store to take a look. He put the spare on so I could get to work and took her over to the store. She stopped back by to thank me after he got her all squared away, and I wanted to make sure Alex gets his due praise for doing the right thing as well. If more people behaved like this, the world would be a better place. Thank you Alex.

Sales person was very friendly and engaging, finding out what I was looking for. He presented the options they had for my purchase and allowed me to choose what best suited me. Answered all my question. I was very satisfy with the customer service I received today.

I called BIG O when the local Auto Zone read the Code for the warning light on my dash. Sam at BIG said bring it down. I did. Got right in and John the tech was right on it. I told him I checked tire pressure on all 4 tires. John said there is a sensor on the spare as well. He removed all protective covers to the spare checked the pressure, which was low and corrected it. This is the kind of great service I have been looking for. Thank you to the fine folks of BIG O TIRES for the great service today. I will be back!!!!

My car died in Walmart's parking lot. I got a jump from a friend and went directly to Big O. I tried to get assistance from East Valley Nissan but they were or no help at all. Big O replaced the battery within an half hour, without an appointment, No hassle and very professional. I'm done with dealerships.
