Big O Tires

They broke my hub cap off while rotating tires. It wasn't a big deal until they tried to pass the blame on to me. Then they wouldn't replace it, finally got them to get a new one but they want me to take the time out of my day to go and buy a new one then bring the receipt back to the store and then they will reimburse me.

They are always friendly, fast and do a great job.

I waited1hour 15 minutes.1 other car at bay.Just to plug a tire hole.lleft no onecared .Also employees were.Laughingand not doing the they get paid for. I will spread the word. I loved the Price & Guadalupe. Been a customer for 30 year's .I left with nothing done.. No tire. Fixed.

They told us to fix parts that werent the cause of our Death wobble. They did an Alignment to our Jeep when other places we went to for a second opinion said they wouldnt because of our tie rods. Which Big O didnt say was the problem.

Your team went beyond of what I expected. Great service for a Sunday.

I told the guy needed my car back same day. No problem he says. In the end i was left without a car and no way to work Monday morning. It was the last time I will ever use BigO for anything.

Made apptmt for oil change/tire rotation. An hour & 1/2 later, car went into shop (sorry, they forgot to put the appt. time on the work order). They upsold a fuel cleaner kit which they did not provide? They're too busy to provide service to anyone.

I was told the oil change would take about an hour. After a half an hour the truck was done.

I have had service with this dealer a few times since it was close to my home. I know sometimes service quality can be confusing sometimes. But this dealership always leaves out the details for quality work. Also, they are very high priced. So no more visits from me. I will shop around and try to find a good ole boy shop that i drink coffee and tell stories to the workers while im watching my vehicle be worked on with a fair price. Good luck out there all.

Everyone was very friendly

Had appointment at 11:30, told us an hour half it would be ready. Walked to a local store, gave them 2 hours. Walked back in 102 heat with grocers at 1:30. Wasn't done till 3 and ruined grocerys. Not happy about my first experience there!!
