From the moment I walked in the door the employee was trying to tell me what I needed.I told him several times I'm just coming in for an oil change and that was it.He approached me 3 times that my husband will take care of everything else.my car is not old enough to need their recommendations.all they wanted was money because they saw a female. this place is a scam and I will never bring my business back.

I have to wait on my car as I cant just drop off, and that is never a problem. Oil change and tire rotation in an hour. Sam always recognizes me and gives me great customer service.

Do not work for this location! Owner(s) and management are dont know how to run a business. Most the employees don't know what the hell theyre doing. Front desk even more unknowledgable in the field. They overwork and neglect the employees who do work hard and know what they're talking about. They sneak around laws thinking that employees don't know their rights. They threaten your job status if you whistleblower. All around bad, irgnorant and illegal. Big o name should be ashamed of this owner and all the franchises in his name.

I left my car there for 5 and 1/2 hours and no work was done. I had called in about four hours and they said it was on the lift. So when I went there it had not even gone in the shop yet. The person on the phone simply lied to me. I took my car and no work was done. As for the rating I have no idea how to score them because it does not tell me whether one is good or 5 is good. Either way the service was not very good today. I ended up taking my car to another shop

I had made an appointment for 9 am to have a flat fixed on a new Tire they mounted not a week prior. They didn't take my vehicle in until close to 10:45 and it was at that time I was informed it was a bad valve stem.The second experience was with a repair on another of the new tires I had bought.I sent my wife up (no appointment)to have a tire(2 months old) after my wife waited for over an hour. Late for work,my son went back later that day to pick it up,waited for another hour for them to say it was in the side Wall and couldn't be repaired. That's fine.They left the tire off of the wheel and put it back in the trunk. Why not put the tire back on like it arrived?I paid a different Tire shop to mount and plug the screw hole. I will NOT go back to this store.

I have 4 brand new tires put on my truck and all though they were very busy that Saturday, they had me in and out within 1.5 hours.

I dropped off my cate with a flat tire right as they opened. They called me right as they were closing and left a message stating it was fixed and to come and get it. So I went first thing in the morning and to my surprise my car was not ready.They advised they were waiting on a new tire and the car would beready tomorrow. So it took 3 days to fix a tire.

A simple oil change took almost 2 1/2 hours. My car was brought in and on the rack within 15 minutes of my arrival. It was lowered and sat for an hour with no one working on it. Then I was taken to my car to show me tread wear, when I declined further service, I was told my car would be pulled around. I waited another 20 minutes for that to happen. People that arrived after me left before me. Whether it's this location or another it seems to take well over an hour for just an oil change. When I left and was driving home, you could smell oil burning off the motor and there was no window sticker to remind me of my next oil change. Once home I looked at my receipt and discovered that I have a power steering leak that was not brought to my attention, but there is no late because all the seals are brand new also that my struts were in the yellow but you're so brand new which leads me to wonder if the service tech really did do a thorough inspection on my car.

Went there w a noise n bump bump issue w brakes, they figured it out n fixed it. Now we feel MUCH safer using our brakes. *If I could 'ck' 11...I would. All the staff is nice, professional. Can enjoy our drive now.

I showed up around 7:15 am for an oil change because I was told that even though that do not schedule them that early that I would be able to get right in. It is the most convenient time for me as I get off shift at 7 am. I was told they had two in back already and that I would be next but it took 45 minutes before they took my car to the garage. Thirty minutes after that I noticed my car being pulled out back but 15 minutes later no one had come to let me know if it was completed or not. Around 8:45 I went to the front to let them know I thought my car was ready because it had been off the lift for at least 15 minutes and the guy offered to go check. When he returned he said they still had to do the inspection and they would be finishing up. Around 9 am I was finally rang up but it still took them about 10-15 more minutes to bring me my keys. Although the price seemed reasonable, I did have a coupon for 15 dollars off but my receipt does not reflect that. I did see a 10 dollar off discount but that was not what my coupon was for. I finally left and the first thing I noticed was that the oil change windshield sticker had not been changed, and although this is a small thing it is also one of the basics I believe and very helpful in determining your next oil change. All in all not worth two hours of my time, way too long for a standard oil change and I do not believe my coupon was honored.

This is my first time I used this big o tire for my oil change and I was not happy to see oil finger marks on the hood,fenders ,door handles and steering wheel. When the day before I had a car wash I could clearly see all the marks left by there tech .

We've been fairly new customers for our 2 new vehicles for the past year. But the store located here in San Tan Valley is always extremely busy. Extremely under staffed. It shouldn't take 3+ hours to complete a oil change. Especially if you have a appointment . And it seems they don't have very good stock for air filters. Everytime we get a oil change we usually get a new air filter. But the manager has to send someone out to O'riley to get one and bring it back ( this is very time consuming) and poor time management. This is a convenient location for us,but were thinking of bringing our vehicles somewhere else in the near future unfortunately. Nice staff though.

I WALKED INTO BIG O TIRES CLUELESS ABOUT THE TIRES ON MY CAR. FEOM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN MY KIDS AND I WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY! MY FINANCES WERE NOT THE BEST, MIKE THE MANAGER AND MATT OVERLY EXCEEDED WITH HELPING ME FIND THE BEST WAY TO PAY FOR MY TIRES. WHILE I WAS TAKING CARE OF THE TIRE ISSUE, THE OTHER EMPLOYEES KEPT AN EYE ON MY KIDS AND FED THEM. I EVEN GOT A FREE OIL CHANGE :) WHEN I SAY I AM OVERLY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORK DONE ON MY CAR, I REALLY MEAN IT. Ok, so last year I took my truck in for brakes. I was told the rotors were bad. (Its a 2011 F150) So, I said ok, and they got rid of the rotors before I could see them..Anyway, They replaced them, then they said I had a bad caliper..wow..okay, so replace it..after all this was done, I met an employee in the parking lot, told him my issues, and he totally disagreed with what they did...Weird...Move on to today... I needed front brakes...mind you..a year later... and I was told I needed rotors...AGAIN... what kind of racket are you running here?? Never again will I visit a Big O...and I will make sure I spread the word.... And here is the kicker.... I just had my truck to a major dealer for a oil change and tire rotation... They said my rotors were fine, I just needed pads.. They were just more expensive, so I thought I would go to big O, as they are close.....NEVER AGAIN....
