I was very unhappy with technician and work performed,everyone was very rude when I arrived, repair was not completed on time nor was it done to my satisfaction, very over priced and a overall horrible experience that I will never come back again. You guys all suck balls..

This was my second time going to a big o period. went there for a $15 oil change. Went in and talked to Todd for an oil change, showed him I had a coupon, felt I made it pretty clear that was what I wanted. He called several hours later to recommend some services, I declined and was told I could pick my car up in about 30 minutes. Left my house 40 minutes after the call to get my car and I get there and am trying to pay only to be told its 60 for the oil change. What I thought it was 15 bucks. Was told I needed a special oil. I had no idea, none of this was disclosed or mentioned at anytime. So I get frustrated and get no where with Todd. It's like Todd doesn't care, at all, almost like they do this all time and he's had this same scenario play out multiple times. Pretty messed up you can call me about extra work but can't even explain a simple oil change isn't so simple and doesn't qualify for the 15 one. It would have been fine if it was explained, but to be blindsided and basically extorted into to paying you schmucks is pretty low. Again my second ever experience with big o, Greenfield and main in Mesa was my first and sadly wasnt much different and that was in the early 2000's. So to end my rant. You just stole from me, I woulda declined the work had you done your job properly and explain the type of oil change my vehicle required. And to the bald short guy, shoulda minded your business, words are words but you were real quick to go to violence, flinching at me trying to get me to swing, what's worse hearing bad words or wanting to assult someone, I knew I was in the wrong but so were you.

Whenever you go to this location you better just leave your car all day. I dropped my car off and they said they would give me a call when it was done and and hour and a half later I called and they said it takes an hour for an oil change and I said an hour longer and they told me an hour in general so I proceeded to let them know it had been an hour and a half already and I informed them I needed it by 1pm and would call back in 45 minuets. The car was still not touched so we just went and picked it up. When I dropped it off in the morning there where 3 customers in the store and only 1 car in the parking lot and they didn't have time to do an oil change in 3 hours. This store is horrible take the extra drive and go somewhere else.

You all are great and got me all aired up as I was in a panic as I have COPD and am on oxygen and so scared of my tires going flat while driving you have our business forever and thanks to everyone that helped and got all my tires Aired up will recommend you to all our friends!

We have always used this Big Ol Tires, but over the past six months, the service has been terrible. Long waits, poor customer service skills over the phone, and so on. Gave one star, because they do try to fix issues after customers get upset. Should not get to that point, however.

The guy who balanced my tires broke the center cap and said "It's no big deal as it was already broken so I put it in the bag with the paperwork. It was already broken but was on the car and secure but now it won't stay on because it is broken! When something happens it is how you address it, and something breaking on a customers SL500 is a big deal. Management made it right but the experience with the employee was nothing short of "Don't go back"!

I came in at 8:15 to get an oil change. I did not have an appointment so I didn't expect to be in and out, but I definitely didn't expect to be there for over 3 hours. I had a toddler with me which made it seem exponentially longer...

Big O lost me as a customer...a loyal customer. Here's why. When I was in retail, I was taught that if you had to choose between a customer waiting in line and a customer who calls in with a question, you politely put the caller on hold or ask if they can call back in a few minutes -- in order to tend to the customer in front of you. After all, a caller can always call back but customers waiting in line are "trapped". So after listening for 15 minutes to the Big O guy talking to the telephone customer about his car air conditioner...I finally said, "You know, you have three people that are waiting in line" -- can someone else deal with the person on the phone? The Big O guy said that he gives just as much attention to telephone calls as people waiting in line. Well, suffice to say...I chose to no longer wait in line and out the door I went along with my business. I'm sure Big O won't miss a beat, but through the power of social media, I can at least let people know what awaits.

I had my battery replaced there this past October and unfortunately it was a lemon. I had no problem with Big O honoring the warranty and replacing it with a new battery. After all, it had only been 7 months since the battery had been installed. Every time I have called upon Big O to provide service, they have done so glowingly and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this location.

Ok so the wait was long and when they were done with my car they ran the under carriage up on the concert parking block!! I pulled back and the under carriage fell off!!! Very unhappy!! They took it back and another long wait to fix it!! Will NEVER go there again!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment at 2pm to get my tires rotated and balanced. He said they had a few cars ahead of me so it'll be 2 hours. Came back 2 hours later and they still had not touched my car. It was still where I had parked it outfront. I went in and asked about my car -of course the guy says "you're up next". I get being busy but when did I make an appointment at 2 when they weren't looking at my car until 4!!!!!?????? This has happened before so I never want to come back here. It's a shame too since they are so close.

I had a flat tire on my truck, which turned out to be a horse shoe nail right down the middle of the tread of the tire. Changed the flat myself in my garage which was a chore because of space limitations. I didn't buy my tires which are only a little over a year old at Big O, but I did get a price quote from them when I bought all four. Unfortunately Sam's Club offered a smokin deal I couldn't pass on. So before driving all the way up to Gilbert on my old spare I thought I would give Big O a call and see if they could help out. So I called and talked to Mike. He was great, told me if I did service with them just bring it in and they will fix it for free if it was fixable. Well brought it over to them and they said indeed it looked fixable. So it did take some time to get it fixed, but fix it they did at no cost to me. Then Mike told me the tech who repaired my tire was giving my truck an inspection to make sure everything else on my truck was good. And I thought here we go, here comes the laundry list of things that needed to be fixed on my 2002 Ford F150 Supercab which is pretty much in near mint condition. :') Well, in fact Mike comes out and says the only thing he saw was your serpentine belt needs to be changed soon, which I already knew that, but have been putting it off, used to do all my own maintenance, not as easy as I'm getting older. So I also got from the tech how nice my truck looked inside and out and even under the hood. I do take pride in taking care of my truck, I even got a formal offer from the Ford stealership I used to take it to buy my truck because it was in such great condition and only has 108,000 miles. But sorry Ford guys, I still got another 10 years or more left on this thing. So just a big shoutout of thanks to Mike, and the tech who worked on my truck tire and inspection, I will be back to them for future service needs, tires, plus tires for the wife's car when needed, she bought a service plan through her stealership, so tires and brakes only thing she should need for a while.

Based on the latest experience at this location, I would not recommend this store. They took five hours to complete an oil change and honestly I think they forgot about my vehicle until I called to get an update after four hours. They also broke one of the wheel nuts, this is the second time this has happened at this store.

I put 4x new tires on my car awhile back. At that point I opened a credit card with Big O. Excellent customer service before and excellent customer service again today for an oil change. Fast and efficient. Levi Kool was exceptional! Thank you Big O!
