Knowledgeable, courteous, and honest! I'd like to give a big thank you to Jeff for being honest with me about a repair that could easily have been done at Big O Tires, but I didn't realize the repair was covered under the warranty if I took it back to the dealership. I appreciate that kind of honesty. I have been a customer here for a few years now, and the staff are friendly and professional and I am always happy with the work that they do as well as their awesome attitudes. I highly recommend!

I travel 2000 + miles a month so I am in there every two and half to three months. I get there by seven and by eight eight thirty Im back on the road. Always treated very nicely, any thing my car needs is explained and showed to me. I trust them.

Dropped off my vehicle and told them they had 4 days to complete transmission flush and oil change. Vehicle is not needed till 4/1. Within three hours of dropping off the vehicle I was notified of recommended services that should be done soon and later also within the three hours I got the call that the vehicle was ready for pick up

Back in March 2017, I bought a new Dodge Journey. The dealer advised me to go to them for oil change and etc. I went to Big O for their input. Dealer advised to change the oil every 7000 miles. Big O said for synthetic oil I should change every 5000 miles. I asked Big O rep., why dealer says 7000 and Big O says 5000. The rep. says you can go 7000 miles if I wanted. Big difference! Why? I choose Big O anyway, because I have been happy with them in the past.
