Dropped my car off at 9am and was told wait was 3 to 4 hours which seems very long to be waiting but I assumed they were over estimating so that I would be pleasantly surprised it was done sooner. I called around noon to see if they could update me on ETA and was told they hadn't started on it yet..... not promising but stayed calm. Around 2pm I called and was told "still in line to be worked on but will finish before end of day." Are you serious? Does it take 8 hours to change a cars motor oil? How many people can wait all day (on likely their only day off) to get a simple oil change? What about people with only one car or that don't have a spouse to pick them up to go wait at home until it's done? Or have kids and they are supposed to sit in a waiting area all day with their kids for an oil change? Are we supposed to pack lunch and dinner from now on when we need an oil change? And don't even advertise some super low price because they always find a way to screw you in the end.......you're going to need synthetic for your car and that now doubles the price. What a joke. Back to this saga. I finally get a call around 5pm to let me know that I can pick my car up anytime between now and 6pm. Wow. Finished before end of day........only took 8 hours to drain 5 quarts of oil and screw on a filter while forgetting to reset the dash light, forgetting to put a next oil change service sticker on the windshield and leaving my car with a faint aroma of mechanics body odor. Needless to say I will never go through that ordeal again.

We've been using Big O for both of our vehicles for over four years. We're extremely happy with their service. Always very helpful and knowledgeable.

I stopped going there 4 years ago , because every time I brought car in , always Tryed to upsell, things that were not needed. Same thing this time , brought in for a nail in tire to be fixed , - brand new tires . Tryed to tell me I needed 4 new tires. Cancled my oil change he then drop car , ran across street to Walmart , tire was fixed in 30 min. Sorry - never again

I have to say that the Managers and Technicians at Big Tires are the best to deal with and speak too. They take great care of you and are so professional and kind. I really appreciate what they do for me taking care of my vehicles. They devote their time for you and help you with you car needs. Thank you very much and will be doing business with you a lot.

Horrible experience when trying to get a simple oil change on mine and my daughter's car. It was very stressful being told I had to pay for the most expensive oil change or they wouldn't do it! My vehicle is a 2007 and has NEVER had the best of the best oil change!! Then my daughter's car is on a 3 year lease so why would I want to sink anymore money into it than I have to! I have never had so much stress before just trying to get a simple oil change!!! This has never happened to me before even when I've gotten my oil changed at the dealership!! My mind is blown!! Never going back there!!

My Most recent experience was an expensive oil change. I purchased an older car owned and babied by an elderly women. The car had only been serviced at the San Tan Valley Big O in the last year. No where else. This car has never leaked oil During this service I was advised I needed a new oil pan and drain plug do to ware and tare. Sense this is not a moving part and the only ware and tare is from the mechanic who drains the oil... I dont understand how this was my responsibility. When the threads on an oil pan and plug are stripped out.,.. its from being over tightened by the mechanic. The manager is just as incompetent as the mechanics there. I have changed my own oil in the past and never had to replace a plug and most of all the entire oil pan. I wont be back!

We brought our business to Big O Tires after receiving poor quality work on our vehicle from another place! We are so happy we gave this company and location a chance!! Very happy we changed!!!

I usually do not complain about things however, I am upset about our experience with you. My husband brought in out 2015 GMC Yukon to get the oil changed, tires rotated, and to fix a flat on the front passenger side. We thought everything went great until later that day when the tire went completely flat again on us (every 3 hours), only in the back (due to rotation). We do not live close and so we continued to fill it up with air until I could make it back in, but our schedules didn't allow that. Come to find out, the tire was NEVER fixed!! We ended up taking it to Discount Tires because we were close by one, where we were told there was a piece of metal in it. They said it was an obvious issue and an easy fix! They didn't charge us a penny either. You charged us $19.99 for a service you never completed!!! I understand mistakes, and I would have brought it back to you if we'd not been in such a dire situation and location wasn't an issue. I'm not asking for anything in return, but wanted to bring to your attention that we paid for a service that your team never completed. Very frustrating...

Great Experience: The service was really good.I even signed up for Snap Financial and Service Agent was able to explain well how it worked.The waiting room is the best I've ever seen.Big TV and snacks too!

I used this location for 2 vehicles last week and they missed items on both vehicles. They were very eager to sell me new tires but didn't pay attention to any of my other requests.

My car has been back 3 times for the same problem. It went in for a dead battery. First time they replaced the battery. It was dead again the next day. Second time they replaced the altinator the next day it was dead again. The car is back in the shop for the 3rd time now.

EMERGENCY, Show in Tucson!: I pulled in full of anxiety, came into the lobby, was greeted immediately by a service Tech, I explained that I had a van full of musical instruments and gear for a show in Tucson (1.5 hours away) and I needed a miracle as it was already after 2:00PM Saturday, ( I had to be there by 5:00 ) I was quoted a price and applied for a Big O card for future discounts, immediately approved, so they pulled my van into the bay, and had me going on my way to Tucson in 50 minutes!! I am a customer for life now! Thank you Todd!!

So I went to go get an oil change and was greeted with a "what's up". That should have been my red flag to turn around and leave but I took it and answered that I was there for an oil change.I then proceeded to wait for four hours! I asked twice how much longer and each time they said my car was next. People came and left and my car was still not taken back. One guy finally came to me and said that there had been a mix up in the back and that he was sorry and I wasn't going to be charged. I would hope that I wasn't going to be charged. Finally my car was taken back and in less than half hour it was done. I about cried, I was sooo frustrated. I have a Big O Tires credit card, I bought 4 tires last year and other stuff, so that's why I decided to go back. It was a different location and I went to this one because it' closer to work. I should have gone to the one close to my house I guess. Anyhow, I had somewhere to be and after sitting there forever I didn't even ask, or wasn't told, if it needed a cabin filter or air filter change. I know it does, it hasn't been changed in at least a year. I think that should have been done also but wasn't. I work in customer service myself and let me tell you this is not how you bring customers back!

Your representatives told me I needed numerous items adding up to $960,00 I took car to 2 other companies Brake masters and Goodyear They both quoted under $200 and only needed rear brakes which is what I thought in the first place How dare they take advantage of a woman with 700 more the. Needed. Shame on them. I will advertise NOT to used big O tires

Went in for a alignment I have a damaged control arm and my car shouldn't have got the alignment. I was still charged for it even though my car still pulled. Todd kept arguing with me like I'm a stupid female that has no knowledge of cars. I went back a couple days later for Mike to tell me the same thing I kept telling todd. The treatment I received was sickening.

New tires and an oil change, in and out in under 2 hours.Didn't try to upsell.They've actually found problems with my car that the dealership missed (and told me to go back to the dealership to have it fixed rather than them doing it themselves and making a quick buck).
