Big O Tires

Took my car here for an oil change, and they drained my transmission fluid! Didn't see anything the next day it was making noise so I took it back to them and they did another oil change! Come to find out they blew up my transmission and now they say it's not their fault. These people a rip off so don't go there.

This store takes way too long to get work done too many employees standing around talking not working over 3 hours to get a tire repaired.

I went to the San Tan Big O for an estimate on an issue with my struts. The store manager, Joe Heiken, personally met with me and we took a drive in my car together. This was extremely impressive to me as most mechanic shops don't do so with the customer. I was able to talk through all of the issues I had been experiencing with my vehicle. The day of my service, I was greeted in the parking lot, and escorted in to the waiting area where there was food and water available while I waited. There were several things I was completely impressed with: the cleanliness and the friendliness. I was taken back how welcoming the employees were during my wait and never made me feel out of place. For a woman to find a place where she's respected and not taken advantage in terms of being sold repairs or services that aren't needed, is extremely important and valuable. I have already shared Joe Heikens' information with friends and family and will continue to recommend this location to others. His dedication and leadership is extremely evident in the daily store functions as well as the efficiency and knowledgeable staff under his tutelage.

Had the worst experience this evening in San Tan Valley location. The service and work was way beneath any standard.

Forgot to schedule appointment for maintenance so we knew we would have to wait but it's so nice at this facility it was like a little vacation to sit and watch t.v./ read. I have recommended this store to at least 10 people and all tell me they too have been very pleased with the service, the estimated wait times, etc. One friend bought a new set of tires and was given an additional discount because it took an hour longer than expected....he was floored! Another lady friend of mine went there for tire repair and one of the workers gave her a ride to Walmart which is only across the street but he saw that she had on heels and that even a short walk would be uncomfortable! When her car was ready they called her to let her know and the same man came and picked her up. THAT'S service and it makes me happy I can recommend a quality shop that obviously provides quality to everyone! In other words, I haven't just lucked out.

Bought oil change and tire rotation. I left car there eleven hours. When picked up tires weren't rotated or proper air.Dont go to this store. How tough is this to get done. How can they be trusted to flush radiator or transmission?

Had a flat tire after they installed my new rubber I had to stand on my lug nut wrench to get the lug nuts off. Ruined my factory lug nut wrench in the process. I won't go back to even let them rotate my tires.

My wife and I were greeted by Aaron Wiley. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Business was quite busy and Aaron offered to tale us home, about three miles away, instead of wait at the store. He called us when our vehicles were finished and promptly came to our home in San Tan and took us back to the store. We have never in out lives received such accommodating customer service. Very well pleased.

First off let me start with that I feel I was taken advantage of because of being a woman. I was told I had to get the premium oil, but in fact this is not a requirement. I waited 2 hrs for an oil change, even with an appointment. My car got pulled out of the shop and I sat for 20 more minutes until I finally had to ask about my car. How long would they have left me sitting there I wonder? It was ready, but no one seems to have a sense of urgency. Finally, I find it very helpful to have the sticker placed on my windshield reminding me of my next oil change. This did not happen, I had to scratch off the date and mileage from my old sticker and write it down myself. Terrible customer service. I will not be back and would not recommend this place whatsoever.

To the manager: I was in your store last week Thursday. Unfortunately I accepted a round trip ride home and back for the repairs. Your employee, the driver was quite sick coughing and sneezing the entire time I was in your van. When he returned me to your store, the driver said that he was sick and was going home. I had to spend Saturday afternoon, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday morning sick in bed. I am up now: weak, tired, and aching. If any of your employees comes in sick, send them home immediately so that your customers won;'t have to suffer for days in bed.

I was never greeted by your personal they never showed any interest and they put me behind the list because I was buying anything. I was there for my regular balance and rotation since I've purchased tires and warranty with Big O they said it would be a couple of hours so I leave my car I call 2 1/2 later they say give us 1 more hour so I leave home to wait at the store because 1 more hour isn't a big deal but when I got there they said my car wouldn't be ready till more like 7pm and I dropped it off at 2:30-45 that's ridiculous.. doesn't matter if we're buying or have bought before I should be taken care of right away as well not pushed behind..

I came from Arizona City to the San Tan Big O because I have a trust in the employees that work there.

Very poor communication and customer service . I called to order a new spare tire and was told I would receive a call when it arrived in later that afternoon. I never received a call. The next morning I received a call that my tire was in and to come over now as they had plenty of time to complete the job. My husband took our old rim/tire for the replacement only to be told they would "call"� him when it was ready. Hours later still no call, so I called to see if by chance, it was ready. I was told it was, and to come over. My husband went there, only to discover the job had never been started. Needless to say I won't be going back here. I do not recommend this Big O Tire location.

Went in for an oil change at $24.75 or something like that. Parked in the garage and noticed a puddle of oil on the driveway. Next day same thing so went to another Big O where the Oil Change was $16.99 and told them about the leak. They looked at it and cleaned it all up. I guess when the filter was taken off oil was in some channel below there so it just sat there. Not going back.

We LOVE Big O Tires! Sam has always been great, and really helpful. They are extremely busy, and we realize that it may take hours to get the job done. They always work us in the best they can. Levi in the shop was great. I needed a tire repair, but it was going to be awhile and I couldn't leave it right then. I asked him to just fill it with air, and I'd bring it back. He wasn't willing to let me leave, for fear I would be on the side of the road. His concern for our well being, made his decision to squeeze me in where he could and fix it then. We appreciate that they think of us as people, not just a business transaction.

after trying to get battery, your store did not have a 24F battery, they had to go get one at a parts place, also battery was way over priced, cost $ 173.00 with installation. I checked later could of got same type of battery with same 24 month replacement cost and installation for free for $ 97.00 . I will not go back to Bigo tires in the future.
