Big O Tires

TERRIBLE!!!! left my car for oil change and check tire at 9am and i picked up at 6pm, i needed i tire replacement and not even a courtesy call. im ready to move on to the tire shop accross the street.

When I suffered a flat while out grocery shopping, I took my car to Wal-Mart Auto Center, which was closest to where I was. They stripped a bolt and never got the tire off. So I went to Big O where they rectified the bolt problem and sold me a replacement tire quickly and at reasonable cost. I will take all my future automotive work to Big O.

I use this Big O exclusively for all of my personal and business tires. Sam is excellent and always takes care my vehicles as he promises. Very knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommend.

Went to get an oil change and ended up with 4 new tires (after only getting 17,000 miles on the Michelins they sold me). Not happy.

Friendly service! They even pinned back up a plastic flap I had hanging down on my front bumper after I ran over a shredded tire on the freeway for free!

Being a customer for years this was the worst experience I have ever had my family has spent thousands of dollars there on repairs and tires we had a scheduled appointment at 8 am sat kept calling for update they lied said it was waiting for diagnostic check really 7 hours later it hadn't even been touch I went picked it up they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule my vehicle needed front brakes from which we were told from our last visit of new tires and it needed to be fixed for emmissions nothing was touched on the vehicle for 7 hours

Won't go anywhere else. These guys go out of the way to make sure your happy. No pressure for extra services!!

Just terrible, do yourself a favor and pick a different shop.

Mike Williams and his staff are very knowledgeable and informative when it comes to helping their customers understand their vehicles! Mike keep up the great big fella.

If this is actually the Owner, feel free to reach out to me for an explanation. As it stands now, I will never spend another dime at your store. I will happily share my most recent experience with any, and all that will listen. I have had really good experiences until the last week.

We always like to bring our vehicles in for an oil change and other work that might need done. We are always treated with respect and friendliness! I also wanted to mention that Michael Houseknecht is the nicest guy there! He is so friendly, helpful, and always makes our experience great!! He deserves some recognition for sure!! Thanks to this team!

Came in for an oil changed and now I have an over heating problem and manger "Jeff"� handed my keys and told me "Good luck"� Went back and spent money to "get it fixed"� still over heating..

I had a oil change 2 weeks prior to a different problem with my wife's car. After the oil change I started to see a small puddle of oil ( and I mean small) under my wife's car. So since I was there I asked them to check it out. They found that the seal ring on the drain plug had cracked ( and as the manager said We missed it ) The store did not charge for material and topped off the oil.

The technician over tightened the screw after changing the oil and damaged the thread. now my truck is leaking oil and they're not being held accountable for it and want me to pay for them to fix it.

Great people: There was only 1 guy working the front counter, but he had a great attitude and took the extra second to greet me as I walked in even though he was super busy. There definitely needs to be 2 people working up front. I did come in earlier in the week just before closing with a screw in a tire and they fixed my tire and sent me on my way. It was about 10 min before closing and still had vehicles to finish, but fixed it so I could get to work the next day

I made an appointment a week in advance..we dropped off our vehicle at the time scheduled and it wasn't finished for 5 hours..this is unacceptable in my opinion..when we went to pick it up, we wern't even given any paper work on any items checked or recommendations for any repairs needed...Needless to say, the battery cable broke on the way home and now it won't start..not saying they had anything to do with it, but if they truly did their jobs, we would have been notified of this issue..

Big O Tires San Tan Valley location is the BEST! When I needed my vehicle to be treated with care and I needed someone I could trust with my ride and my wallet, I was referred to the San Tan Valley location by my boyfriend. "They will treat you like family", he said. He was SO RIGHT! My Chevy needed tires and the AC/heater didn't work. Big O took care of me with a smile and I was informed about tires, got a great deal and enjoyed a complimentary pastry while they quickly changed them out! They informed me that they could work their magic and make both the AC and heater work again. Once I got into my vehicle once it was finished, the AC and heater were more powerful than when I remember first getting it! I had such a positive feeling when I left, such confidence leaving, I am so glad my boyfriend introduced me to San Tan's Big O location. Now it is cold and raining outside and I am toasty warm! Thank you San Tan Big O Tires for a quality job keeping my wheels spinning safely on a customer's tight budget, for keeping me warm in the winter! For all the experiences I have had in my life with vehicle care, San Tan Valley Big O Tires is the best all around, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasurable experience to treat your vehicle to some TLC. The San Tan Valley Big O staff are professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your individual situation.

I arrived at 8:30 and waited outside for the location open. There was no order to who was served first, some people just rushed the door and were helped before those of us who were there first. I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it will be ready in a few hours. I did receive an update that my car would be ready at 4PM. I thought 7 hours was a bit unreasonable for an oil change and tire rotation. At 4 I received a call that the car would be ready at 5:30. At 5:30 I went to pick up my car and I was informed that they did nothing on it, this was very upsetting as I put off my weekend plans to get this oil change done. I was offered 50% off the oil change when I return but I do not think I will be doing any business with Big O tires in the future.

I'm happy with Big O!!
