It took almost 3 hours to have tires put on. Now the sensors for the tire pressure won't go off and your shop is saying 75$ per sensor how ironic. Your pricing alone for tires, and services alone are absurd. So I will more than likely finding somewhere else for my business and advise others to do the same unless I see a change

I moved out to San Tan Valley a yr and a half ago and didn't want to put the miles on the car to get the oil changed and I couldn't be more happy with the choice I made to use Big O Tires!!

I'm a single female that made an appointment for an oil change. Had my vehicle inspected by a technician and was told I needed 2 new tires. With the Monsoon special and tires it would cost close to 400. I then had them price compare. Brought it down 30 dollars. I then paid my own Lyft home because that location doesn't during the weekend. I then cancelled the tire order and just wanted the Special. I go get my car and the customer Service I received was bad. I thanked the technician for his help and he was very short on conversation and I was no longer important without my purchase... Today u realised I never got my new blades out on. Not sure if I got my oil changed either. Lol I need to check it as well.

My car had oil smudges on carpet and inside on leather. They placed tires with rims insde sitting on leather back seat. Had to ask for sticker informing me when next setvice needed. No I wasn't happy after spending $2,100.00

Quote I received was 2044.00.When I arrived to pick up vehicle, the price was 2, 340.00.I was particularly suprised because when I got original quote, I told him my Big O credit line was 2,000.00 only.He responded, "Dont worry, we'll take care of that when you get here".I assumed that meant he would discount somewhere to make it below the 2,000.00.When picking up vehicle, they person that gave me quote was not there, the person now helping me could only read to me all the work that was done and said, it is that price.He ended up just running it for the 2,340.00 and it went through, so idk if he increased credit or what.THEN I look at bill closer and see charges for diagnostic, I questioned that the quote on one item of service was 180.00.On bill had 110.00 diagnostic, 80.00 parts, 110.00 labor.Since I was quoted 180.00, I again assumed that was the total, but no, diagnostic was added but never told to me.THEN I notice 2 lines of diagnostic charge of 110.00, for the SAME noise.Questioned him about that and he did thankfully remove one of the charges.I feel uneasy about the change in prices and therefore questioning that all the work they suggested actually needed to be done.

I feel BigO it lacking when it comes to anything other than tires & oil changes. Back in mid March I had failing automatic transmission,(it was slipping between 3rd & 4th & would shift hard into 4th). I opted for a re-build option, which replaces all of the interior components of the transmission. Less than 4 months later, the new re-built is slipping between 2nd & 3rd. I take it in & they hook it up to the diagnostic equipment, & say the computer can't diagnose anything & that it is within tolerance. The tech's have driven the car for themselves & they do feel the same thing I do when it happens periodically, but not enough to do anything about it. So I spend $2,300 for a "new" transmission that slips one gear sooner, than my old one.

Front end customer service is just as important as the job the guys do in the bay. There are two gentlemen I seek in particular. One is a young (probably youngest upfront) gentlemen who has great customer service skills. Another is a mid aged bald gentleman who is super sweet, honest and knowledgeable. However, he was busy with someone else. On this particular occasion I believe this was a new team member but not quite as friendly aa we are used to. Otherwise, I love coming here for all my issues and trust this shop. On my next visit I am positive I will be able to give 5 stars. I so have one other thing to mention though. For the past fee years I've been getting oil changes here, they never give me a sticker and I end up having to go back for o e or resetting my trip odo to ensure I don't go over. Thank you for coming to our community. Much better choice than Fletchers!

I took my car to get 2nd opinion on work I was told it needed. Joe had my car tested and found it didn't have the problem I was told. I appreciate that they didn't do and then charge me for unnecessary work. The servicing that was completed, was done well and efficiently.

Brought my pickup in for an oil change as we have done with all three of our vehicles since they opened this location. I told the fellow just to change the oil and rotate the tires no need to do anything else as it had all been done 4 days ago when I had the transmission re built he the asked where I took it for the work and I told him he replied why, and said we do transmission work. he did the same thing regarding 3 other services I had don elsewhere. Very uncomfortable visit. Never again.

I am a widow with 3 adopted young boys. I went in to get my oil changed. They got it done in a timely manner. I then drove to my brother's house in Mesa. When I pulled in the driveway, my van was steaming under the hood. The mechanic did not put the radiator cap on correctly. All of the coolant leaked out. My engine was red hot! It took 1 whole gallon to fill it up. This mistake could have ruined my engine. When I called to tell them about it, the manager offered to refund the amount for the coolant. PLEASE make sure that your caps are on correctly before leaving.

I just needed an air filter changed out; a neighboring service station told me it's be an hour and a half - ridiculous. I was driving by Big O and stopped in, hoping for anything shorter than an hour and a half. 15 minutes the air filter had been changed and I was on my way!

This I have to say by far is the worst customer service/service in general I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they start work on my car without letting me know what was going on they kept two extra days only to tell us that with their poor customer service of not calling and not letting me know what's going on they would not give me any sort of discount. And then while chatting with them they were the most degrading unbelievably rude person which calls himself a manager of this particular location which had no idea how to work the Computer. And then referred to us as get these people out of here. What kind of customer service is that what kind of anything is that who the heck and ploys these kinds of rude people at places that customer service is supposed to be your utmost priority. I will never bring a car back here and I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen that this place is a joke and to never bring their car here. Unbelievable just a complete joke

I was in a pinch for parts and needed my car back quickly. These guys worked so hard at making this as affordable as possible and as quick as possible without skimping. They explained everything and taught me about the parts and systems involved. Thanks guys!

I had an appointment at 10:00AM for an wheel alignment and a balance and rotation. I dropped my truck off early at 08:30. At 01:30 PM I called and was told that the alignment was done but the balance and rotation needed to be done. I was told that they were pulling a car out and mine was going in next for the balance and rotation. I expected and call with in an hour that it was ready however I did not receive a call until 5:01 PM stating that I had a bad tire and They wanted to sell me new tires. I told them that I had tire warranty with the Ford dealership and needed to take it there. Either my truck did not go in at 1;30PM AS I WAS TOLD IT WOULD. Or they neglected to call me when they found out a tire was bad. I think they just wanted to sell me tires and that's why they did not call. I had to ask for the corporate phone number several times before it was given to me. The manager came out and said call them "they will just kick it back to me." With an I dont give a SHIT attitude! I ask him what he was going to do about this and he say anything! Other than he had multiple staff out sick.
