It took five hours to long for a tranny fluid we had an appt at 8am we were picked up at 1:30 pm.

Customer service is excellent. My car is 17 yrs old and unfortunately many repairs have been necessary. They took very good care of my car and me in getting what I needed done and in seeing that I get the financing that I needed from your credit card.

Came in riding on a donut. Needed a rim and ONE tire, nothing more. After looking at my other tires, clerk explained that I could really use a new set of tires, which I actually considered purchasing because even though the tread still looks okay, my current tires are 40,000 miles or so into their 60000 mile lifespan and I was already having to replace one anyway. And I would have purchased them..... if the price was AT ALL reasonable. The clerk first tried to sell me a top of the line tire at $119 each (for a 2012 Chevy Cruze with 105,000 miles). The grand total, including $290 in labor which is usually free when you buy a set of tires and an alignment I didn't need, was $990! When I said that was too expensive, the clerk then found me a deal at $99 a tire and $880 total! At that point I told him I only wanted the rim and tire, which still ran me a steep $295. Obviously your clerks are trained to up sell everyone who comes through the door, that much I'm sure of. But what really ticks me off is the fact that I was sold an after market rim without ever being told that my original wheel cover would not fit the after market rim and without ever being given the option to buy an original rim. So now I have to dole out another $30 to get a wheel cover that fits and it still won't have a Chevy logo on it. So, in short, my experience with Big O Tires did not redeem my faith in humanity. Far from it. Perhaps the O in Big O Tires is the sound of customers gasping when they see their estimates? P.S. Paid a grand total of $450 at the dealership for 4 tires in June of 2016. Will go back there soon for another set.

Had to get out of town quickly.Had a flat tire.Went to Big O.They were able to get me back on the road fast.

I waited 3 1/2 hours to have two rear tires installed and all 4 tires balanced. They installed and balanced the 2 new tires on the back of my truck and didn't remove and balance the 2 front tires. I watched the mechanic work on my truck. If I hadn't brought this to there attention they would have charged me for work that wasn't done.

Well to start with I brought my car into the store and asked them to check out my cars shaking. I was informed about an hour later that I needed new steering parts, a tire alignment, new tires new hoses etc. A total of over of about $3500. I stated I couldn't afford all the repairs and instructed them to just do an alignment. I picked up the car and went home. Later my wife drove the car to Phoenix and back. It shook so bad she was afraid to go over 60. The next morning I went out to check it out, examining the parts on the wheels. I found it was a broken ply in the rear tire. It was so pronounced it would have been noticed by any visual inspection and certainly by driving it. We were charged $80 for the alignment and $239. for tire replacement. In including $7 per tire for nitrogen. Sorry to have to write this but I felt we weren't treated very fairly. I have bought a lot of tires at your store.

I had flat and then changed my spare on n gotten flat too! So I drove to big o and this guy told me it can be fixed and saved me from other tire too. My 3rd tire just got flat! If it wasnt for levi kool the guy that works there saved me from driving on another flat lol!. I never known I would 3 total flat tires. Thank you levi kool and Big O!

I've got to start this by saying that the service was great and completed in a great time window. The guys discovered my problem and offered good advice to fix it. In my case, I had to replace two tires and was told it would cost approximately 170 per tire. When service was complete, the bill came to over 500 dollars. When I complained, some adjustments were made, but I still think I was overcharged. Good mechanics, but good luck when it comes time to pay.

This past Tues. Aug. 13, I had made a oil change appt. for 12:00n noon. It took right at 3 hours to get my car done. My car was not even taken back to be started until almost 2:00pm. I was waiting for my car and they knew I was there. Nobody came back to me at all. I finally went to ask someone and they said one stall was backed up. My car still took almost another hour. I was not happy. 3 hour wait with having an appt.

Came in with a coupon for a $16.95 oil change. Was told it's good for $10 off any oil change. Since we just drove across the country and moved here I figured to opt for the full synthetic oil change and get the $10 off. Was called and of course was advised to change my air filter. When I picked up my van was told it needed an additional quart of oil. So now my oil change and air filter became an $86 visit. After paying and starting my van I noticed my check engine light was now on. It wasn't on when I bought it in. My van drove perfectly before I brought it in for a simple oil change. Was told it was ,most likely the mass air flow sensor that came loose and it sometimes happens. They took it to the back and cleared the light. WHY was it driven out of the shop with the light on in the first place? Do your techs look and check before finishing a job? After driving it home and it sitting for a few hours, we went to go to the store. On start up the whole van shook like it was gasping for air and sputtering. I live 7 minutes away so we drove straight back. Halfway back it stopped and drove ok. It was taken back again as we waited but this time no trouble was found. It has been ok since Saturday but it was not a good first impression at all if I'm being honest. I would like to think this isn't the normal service there but nothing makes me want to return. I've never had an oil change done on any vehicle where something was wrong or worse after they changed my oil. Especially not checking if any lights or errors are showing before returning a vehicle to a customer.

Waited 3 hours for 4 tires. Drive 5 miles and magically have a cracked rim? How does a rim get a crack and cause a flat tire in 5 miles. Does no one notice this or did it happen there. Left wondering and have to buy a new rim. 480-225-3442

I have always gotten my oil changed at the location in San Tan Valley and for the first time they did not try to sell me anything extra and just let me know about things for the next oil change.I truly appreciated that and my car was done in like an hour which was a first also!!

I had my oil changed a couple months ago, at that time I told them to check my brakes because the light was coming on. They said brakes were good? I called and made an apt for 07/13/16 because I could hear a humming sound every time I brake. I came in to the shop I spoke with Levi and told him what was going on and said I wanted my oil changed as well. I saw Matt, who I spoke to last time. I sat and waited and I see my car being pulled upfront in about 20 minutes. They said my car was ready? I asked what about the brakes? One of the guys said, "did anyone come and talk to you?" I told him no, "he asked what is going on with them." I told him I spoke with Levi, Levi then said, " I will take the car for a spin."He came back and said I found out what is going on. The pads slipped and the brakes are touching the rotor. He said it was high up, they probably did not see it. My question is after two times bringing the car in and to be told nothing is wrong with the car and I would have left and might have had an accident because the brakes were bad is very concerning to say the least. My take my car to Tire Pros because the customer service is excellent by the guys in the front, but if the quality and care of your mechanics is not there, I would have to reconsider taking my vehicles there anymore. This is a safety issue for my family and myself. I have to say Levi was extremely helpful and did not charge me for the oil change. If the mechanics would have caught this last time I believe it wouldn't have been so much. This does not excuse the carelessness of your mechanics.

I went in to get an oil change and was quoted a two hour wait. I gave the service rep my phone number to call me when the ride was ready. after almost 3 hours I decided to go in to see what was taking so long. I saw my car parked outside with the hood up. when I went in and asked about my car nobody can find the paperwork and nobody knew what was going on. I noticed a service rep go around the side where my car was parked, struggle to put in my air filter, and then come in and say the car is ready. I asked why nobody had called me to tell me the car was ready and the service rep avoided answering the question. When I finally got into my car to drive away, I noticed that they hadn't reset the computer to show maintenance was not required anymore. I walked in the mechanic Bay and as one of the mechanics if he could reset it for me. the mechanic looked at me and said he doesn't know how, and he asked one of the service reps to look it up how to do it before he gave them the keys. once again I walk in and ask somebody to reset my computer comma and after looking for a couple people someone finally said they could do it. I was not impressed with the customer service and the lack of showing customer care. it seemed like everyone was just too busy to help me out. this will be the last time I go to a big O or any service with my car.
