Big O Tires

I went in to this location to have a tire plugged (rear passenger)and then added a oil change, but the next day my front driver side tire now has a leak, don't know when I could of accured but I would like to know if they looked over every tire

The only I will take my cars to now. Have had nothing but good service there.

Wait time was longer then expected. The wait was 2 1/2 hours for an oil change????? I probably will not be returning to your shop>>>>>>>

This is the best store they are all so nice and friendly had a oil change today and they had me done and not a long wait!. Will forever be going back to this store!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Sunday, August 5th, 2018 and on Monday it was leaking oil. Going to call today for it to get checked.

I had a business trip to CA to make today in my personal vehicle. As I was getting ready to leave, I found a screw in the sidewall of one of my tires, which were purchased at BigO. I headed over and explained to Levi that I was in a time crunch and had to get on the road. The shop was very busy. Levi who I assume is part of the management team decided to do the job himself! This type of customer service is why I've had three sets of tires installed by them...and will continue to give them my business.

The only issue I have had with my visits is the length of time my service took. One time I spent almost 5- hours waiting for my tires to be rotated. Second one was getting new air in my tires that took almost 1.5 hours. Neither time did I have an appointment, but did arrive at opening and was told if I did that I would be one of the first served. I assume others had made opening time appointments.

Now understand that 9 out of 10 times your store get 5 stars on everything. Todd Murphy is a "KEEPER" and has provided 3 years plus great to our family's vehicles. The only reason this particular visit did not score a perfect score is because I spent $861.01 this past Friday and after we took home my wife's Honda Odyssey on Saturday afternoon when it drove more than a couple miles the check engine light come back on and that was the reason for it being dropped off in the first place. I am sure Todd will make it right in fact when I called he was already making an appointment for us and in 3 years plus he has always came through.

Been here numerous times since re-locating here a year ago, always a pleasant experience!

Each individual had their strengths, learning to use them together, well, is the person still needed to delegate not available? I couldn't find that person.

Quick and informative, were finished before they said they would be. Did not BS me or add anything and saved me over $100 by suggesting an alternative repair from that offered by dealer.

Went in to get a slow leak fixed and ended up having to replace all 4 tires (0 tread left on 2 of them). Prices were average with no incentives being available. Costco had $70 off 4 tires and they would not even match that? If the tires werent in such bad shape, would have shopped around for a better deal.

Great store they have my business as long as i have a car!

They always take great care of us at this location.

I took my truck for a simple oil change, I was advised it was going to take between 90min to 2 hours. I got there at 0915am my was not ready until 220 pm. When I asked the service writer why it took that long, he was rude and just said he was really busy. I understand you can busy and things sometimes come up that are not planned, but he should of had the courtesy of calling me letting me know what is going on. I had to called twice to check on the status and he said that if I didn't get a call from him it meant it wasn't ready.

We have used Big O tires because the convenience. My vehicle is never done within the time they give me for pickup. I have asked them to check my power steering fluid on one occasion because it was low. When I went to pick it up I asked if they checked it. The attendant said they did. I checked it when I got home and it was still low. I had to take my vehicle back in so that they could top off the power steering fluid. On another occasion I brought in my F250 in for an oil change, only to take it home and have oil drip on my driveway. I took it back down there to wait for approximately another hour so that they could take off the oil filter check it and tighten it. The leak was fixed the second time. So much for convenience we have not been back.
