I'd like to see more urgency while caring for my car and watching other cars ahead of me. The customers pace faster than the workers work. Therefore, a sense of urgency may make more work get done and less waiting. Also, Personal cell phone use should be prohibited while working on customer vehicles.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire repair. When I asked what was the issue with the tire? I was told a valve stem leak. I then brought my car home and hours later it was again low on air. My husband had to put a patch on the tire as there was a nail in it.

Everytime I go to this Big O tire I always get in right away and get excellent customer service and the work is quality I appreciate the work they do.

Took my car in for a balance and rotation of the tires and after driving it 18 miles my tire light came on and it's making a noise. I will be taking it back tomorrow to be check out. My vehicle was perfectly fine before they serviced it.

It is very convenient because it is close to home.Service was just okay. Took them 5 1/2 hours to do two tires and anot alignment. They put one tire on the front and one on the back instead of on the same axel. One toe doesn't even have a valve stem cap.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to check the air in tires. Even though Ishould not have to ask . The next day tire light on and pressure is very low so I brought it in again then they checked and added air and fixed the sensors.

The staff got my new tires on my Polaris Ranger in no time and I was on my way. I had no longer left the store and went to my next stop and they called to say my rig was ready. Thanks guys. I'll be back.

Went to get oil change told it was free if i join up i did they did afree tire and brake inspection when i got home was missing a hubcap

I had an 8 AM appointment had breakfast came back and my car was still in the parking lot after 9 AM. I asked why and they had to go find out. They only stated it would be next but 2 more cars went before mine. They finally took it back at 9:33 AM They also performed services which I did not pre-approve and was not aware they were doing them until I was checking out and asked why it was costing so much. I am not saying that the work didn't need to be done but neither was it critical. I feel people should always know what is being done and the cost associated with it before the work is completed. Your People are very friendly and helpful but they do need to improve certain aspects of customer service.

I love getting my auto work done at big o tires because they are always so helpful and friendly. Mike Williams has been amazing and his customer service is great!! The first time I went to him was at a big o tires a couple miles away from my house. I went to him for a long time and then he got moved to another location. Now he's 45 min away from my house and I still drive all the way over there because I trust him and I don't want to go to anyone else. I have 8 other big o tires that I could go to that are closer to me but I will only go where he goes. Thank you so much Mike for everything you do!! I really appreciate you so much! You deserve a raise. Thanks Dani

The work is usually good. But, I don't like the high pressure attempts at selling more work.

For some of us, going to a mechanic is about as bad as going to a dentist. You know it's going to hurt, and you hope they know what they're doing. My car was over-heating--doesn't that suck here in the desert?- I was really skeptical about bringing it here, it's a tire store. But they fixed my car and it didn't hurt. However,--a few days later, I turned my car off and I could of sworn that I saw that needle go up! I called John, he said bring it back in, they kept it there for an entire day. Now, they could have said something was broken...they could have. But they didn't. They were honest and told me there was nothing wrong with my car. Yep, it was my own eyeballs looking at the wrong dial at that moment. Not only were they honest, they didn't charge me!! Gotta be THE best car mechanic experience ever :D Oh, and they drive you home, too....and pick you up when your car is ready!!! Awesome!

I came in for a tire rotation and balance. They found a slight problem with the alignment. This was corrected. I had a 11:00 appointment. I got out of there 3 hours later. Way too slow, about like going to a slow doctor.

I went in for an oil change and they alerted me on an issue with one of my tires. So an oil change and 2 tires later I was on my way! I will definitely be going back. Their customer service is excellent!
