Big O Tires

Was told it would take 90-120 minutes for my tires to be looked at. Ended up taking 4 hours. Was never updated why there was a delay and never told sorry for the extended wait.

In the past, I was not happy with service here, or that the customer service person was only interested in selling me everything they possibly could. I expressed my disappointment to Jeff, and he committed to making things right. The customer service person did not try to sell me anything unnecessary and was honest about not needing certain added components of the service that were costly.

The service people were very friendly and cordial. I had 2:00 apt. for oil change, tire rotation and balance. Wound up having to fix 1 tire which had a screw and another nail or whatever and fixed it. My only complaint is I was there almost 3 hrs. I never ate lunch and when I left it was neat dinner time. They need to space out their appt times. Woman before me was there almost 2 hrs. She had a 1:00 Appt. I will go back. Gave been there a couple of times before. Bought all 4 tires from them.

This was my first time getting my oil changed at this location, (Hunt Hwy). I felt appreciated, and welcomed. Even though there is a new Jeep dealership down the road, I will be getting my oil changed here at this Big O location.

3 hours to mount and balance 4 tires, really? Windows in customer waiting area allowed me to see tech's. Standing around talking, horseplaying, starting one job before finishing the next. Unprofessional tech staff, need hands on supervision.

I Manage the Dennys near this unit. On my way in to work an 80 year old woman hit a curb and blew out her front passenger tire. She parked her car in our lot and asked for help. I took her over to the big o to find out if they had her tire on hand. Alex didn't hesitate to leave the building with us and head over to my store to take a look. He put the spare on so I could get to work and took her over to the store. She stopped back by to thank me after he got her all squared away, and I wanted to make sure Alex gets his due praise for doing the right thing as well. If more people behaved like this, the world would be a better place. Thank you Alex.

Alignment wasn't done correctly car sways to the left

I had my oil changed and they completed it way ahead of when they said that they would....great place to have your vehicle worked on.....

My vehicle mfg recommends only 0-20w synthetic oil. But on my receipt show that you used 5-30w synthetic blend. When I questioned the service advisor he stated they used the recommended by the manufacturer. But how can I trust that they did that when in paper shows otherwise. Now I have a big doubt on what type of oil they used and there's really no way on finding out.

Oil change last week. Walked and was helped immediately. Total time around 45 min. I was satisfied with the wait time.

I was told the oil change was going to take a couple of hours. It ended up being 6 hours for only an oil change is ridiculous. I had to call because it was taking too long, and when I called they said they were still working on it.

The amount and quality of service for the amount of money spent is phenomenal! I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking such good care of the vehicle I rely so heavily on!

I brought my car in for my free tire rotation/balance & alignment. I was told an hour. I cam back in 1 hour. My car hadn't been touched. I asked how much longer, they told me another 30 minutes. When car was done, I asked how the alignment was and was told that it was not completed. That I would have to come back at another time. That most staff was out I'll. There was 4 people in the back and 3 at the counter. I am not real happy that the alignment was not completed.

We've used Big O...quite a bit of late...diagnostics then repairs. All staff is amazing, friendly n respectful. Sam A. is a HUGE ASSET! Worked w us thru a difficult situation. Very KIND! YES, WE w b sending family n friends to BigO..Hunt Hwy IN Queen Creek, Az. Keep your Staff Happy...they are a 'photo' of how They are Treated.

I've used Big O in Missouri and Arkansas. I've never had an issue when I bought my tires there. I took my truck (dually) into this store for an oil change and tire rotation and the representative came out to the truck with me. When I left the truck with them, everyone understood that i wanted my tires rotated. When I came to pick it up, the tires had not been rotated and the service manager said that they dont do free rotation on duallies and that no Big O tire store did. I told him that the store in Nixa, Missouri did. He told me no they don't or basically I was lying to him. I've read some good reviews about this store and I'm sure they are earned but my experience today was very disappointing. When you pay $1600 for a set of tires and told that includes FREE ROTATION then that's what you should get. I guess my biggest disappointment is that we all understood what was expected when I left my truck with them.

Service took 45 minutes longer than I was told.

I took my Jag in this last week to have the 4 tires replaced, they set up the appointment for the next morning and also to have a realignment, took it in band they said it would be done in two hours and it was. The car drives down the road great.

I thought they would check and fill all fluids but did not due seems there have been some changes in front write up personal and one or two could be a little better

I always receive the best customer service here. Super friendly staff.
