Car was not smooth at high speeds. Balanced tires and did an alignment. Works good now.

I called BIG O when the local Auto Zone read the Code for the warning light on my dash. Sam at BIG said bring it down. I did. Got right in and John the tech was right on it. I told him I checked tire pressure on all 4 tires. John said there is a sensor on the spare as well. He removed all protective covers to the spare checked the pressure, which was low and corrected it. This is the kind of great service I have been looking for. Thank you to the fine folks of BIG O TIRES for the great service today. I will be back!!!!

I had a 2pm appointment to have a warranted tire replaced. I brought the car in a few minutes before 2. I waited until after 3:30 before the car was looked at. Once the work began, it went quite quickly.

I was very pleased with my first experience at Big O Tires in San Tan Valley. Sam was extremely courteous and helpful. He got my daughter's first car safe and ready for the new adventures of driving. I felt so much better after speaking to him, he and his staff did a wonderful job! I will recommend him to others. On my 2nd experience there, I brought my car in at 8 am had an appointment, and 4 1/2 hours not a call, and car still hadn't been looked at. I asked for Sam, he apologized and said they were still backed up from last night. I gave them my car to look at thinking it would be done in an hour or two since they were just inspecting it. When I called they hadn't even moved it yet. I spoke to Sam, he apologized and said that he would get it in in the next 15 minutes. I appreciate that he did this, just wish it would have been thought of before I had to make the phone call and ask where my car was. Weekends are when I have to run around and do all my other errands, and I wouldn't have taken it had I known they were not going to do anything with it till afternoon. Hoping that Sam will again, stay true to his word and get my car in there and checked out and I will get a call right back.

I brought my vehicle in for a normal oil change, this is the normal Big O I bring my vehicle to. Everything was normal at check in left my vehicle at 7am. Received a call around 12:30pm saying they just got to the vehicle and the tech is recommending a air filter. Not a problem I told them instal it! But also asked if they would do a tire rotation as the front passenger tire seemed a bit low and it has been a while since we did it. They said yes it is included in the oil change. $84 later I picked up the car and drove home. Once I got home I realized the front passage tire was still low. Which means 1. they did not check the tire pressure 2. the tires were not rotated. How if this is included in the standard oil change could you miss this? makes me wonder if they even replaced the oil or oil filter. When I called to ask about the process it was downplayed and stated "just bring it back in" well thats great but I was already in there and we all dont have the time to sit at the tire shop all day!

Needed an oil change along with a change of air filters (2). The technician presented the dirty filters to show the necessity for the change. All in all, I was very pleased and was treated by professional and competent staff, thank you!
