Big O Tires

I use this location regularly, this time though we had a slight problem. The skid plate under my truck was not secured properly such resumed in my having to get under the truck at a gas station to secure it. No damage and nothing lost, just an inconvenience.

I needed a new tire and went in when they were slammed with customers. I was given an understandably long wait time of three hours because they were so busy but, I was out and driving in about an hour.

Second time I used them buying Tires in 4 months. Happy with the pricing I received. Employees were very nice and helpful

I had an emergency problem with my car battery, called Big O and they got me right in and solved the problem in a very professional and friendly manner.

I was pleased with the no pressure service I received. Todd was very helpful and with none of the usual pressure I have experienced at other Big O facilities. I will be changing my service to this location from now on. DP

After a bad experience at Firestone I will only go to Big O Tires. They tell me what's wrong, what it needs and aren't pushing to get things replaced that aren't needed. Only disappointment in this visit was despite an apt it took 2 hrs, and then after removing my car from the lift, they informed me I needed my tires aligned and it would take another 2 hrs to get it back/done, so I was stuck going back the following day. Otherwise I will definitely be recommending this place.

Took my vehicle in for service, these guys did a great job, let me know a few things I needed and had a fair price to do them, wasn't the fastest, but they had a nice waiting area with fruit, donuts and water..pretty impressive

I had my breaks done as well as having an oil leak fixed. When I got my car back, the oil was still leaking and my steering was very tight. I took my car back the next day and they worked on it again. I'm happy to say my oil leak is no longer and my steering is back to normal.

I had a blow out right in front of there store and I'm glad they were open on Labor Day!!!

I always deal with Sam and he is always willing to go the extra mile to help out and is always honest never padding the bill.

All was well with exception of changing my sticker reminder showing next change and mileage to change

The battery terminal was "welded" to the cable so it was very hard to replace the battery. But they persevered and got it done.
