The wait was a bit longer than expected for an oil change and rotation, but other than that I was happy with the service.

They did the Monsoon Special, great job, told me what was going on, great service.

I appreciate the quick turnaround.

I went to them with a broken lug nut.it was going to cost me 100.00, but they waved the labor fee on it because they said it there fault. It only cost 30.00 for the oil change and lug nut. I will go back to them and send my family and friends there.

Matt was a good man on the desk and helped me out.I was able to see my front shocks and he inflated my spare tire.I think my spare tire was constantly setting of the tpms on the car and now it does not go off.Thank you.Patrick

They treated me and my car as if I was their only custumer

I had about $2000 worth of work done to my car at their recommendation. They were very nice and did good work. Went in to get the belts they installed tightened because they squeaked, another mechanic then said there was more work that needed to be done. This wasn't mentioned previously. I'm kinda upset about that. I would like to know things all at once. Not bits and pieces here and there.

Back in March 2017, I bought a new Dodge Journey. The dealer advised me to go to them for oil change and etc. I went to Big O for their input. Dealer advised to change the oil every 7000 miles. Big O said for synthetic oil I should change every 5000 miles. I asked Big O rep., why dealer says 7000 and Big O says 5000. The rep. says you can go 7000 miles if I wanted. Big difference! Why? I choose Big O anyway, because I have been happy with them in the past.

I stopped for an oil and filter change on Friday. I was told it would take a couple of hours. I asked if Sunday or Monday early, would be better? I was told Monday around 7 am would be better. Ok, I' ll be back Monday. Monday I drove up at 6:30 am, and waited. I saw some employee open the door, and closed it (locked it) behind him. About 10 to 7 the door was unlocked and a customer went in, I followed, and a third and fourth customer came in. We were told that they weren't open yet. A couple of minutes went by, and the service guy asked the (weasel)customer who stood in the middle of the front counter if it was a pick up or drop off? Then they took about ten minutes and then I stepped up and told the service guy I just wanted an oil and filter change. NO TIRE ROTATION, NOTHING, JUST OIL CHANGE. I gave him the keys, and waited, an waited, etc. Finally, they started on my truck, the weasel, long gone, and in about 10 minutes my car was done. SUGGESTION; have a number system, or ask who was first , to avoid any customer complaints.? NORMALLY, IN THE PAST, I WAS OUT OF THERE IN LESS THAN 30 MMINUTES IF I SHOWED UP BEFORE 7 AM. I've been a customer for over three years.

I came in last minute needing a couple of tires changed. Rudy was great and got me in even tho they were running behind. Thank you for making it safe to drive to work this morning

While I like most of the services offered, I'm disappointed with the flat repair and not being able to schedule an appointment. I was told they don't do that because it's a "quick"� in and out fix. Yet every time I go to get it done, it's a 2+ hour wait.

Fixed my tire quickly and no charge, always visit this store with great results.

In and out in no time at all. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service and mechanics.Would recommend to anyone.

Have used these guys a few times now, all I can say is great service and quality of work. Stopped in a few months ago, had a screw in my tire they fixed for free, a few years ago they gave me a great deal on a tire for my car and then was just in last week and got 4 new tires and an oil change for an amazing price. Highly recommended
