Big O Tires

I was told my car would be done in 2 hours and they never called me to let me know it was ready. Had to show up 5 hours later to check and it was ready.

I was immediately greeted and welcomed to the store. I recieved the the premium tires I wanted and an alignment. I was treated as a wanted customer.

The service was vary good. The Store was very clean. The best thing was they had donuts and coffee and other things to eat as you wait for your car.

Went in on a Monday and had the worst experience that started from the moment I called to the almost 4 hours wasted when I left after not having my car serviced. However, after my husband called and explained the whole situation to the managaer, Jeff, he righted the wrongs, went above and beyond to make it right with us and our vehicle's services.

I recently had an issue here, but the store manager Mike called me himself to make it right. He made sure my concerns where heard and made appropriate steps to ensure they were taking care of. This showed me his level of commitment for sure and I truly appreciate it!!

I was greeted upon arrival, The tech explained the options for service clearly. The tech explained that would be ready in 1 1/2 hours. We left and came back after 1 1/2 had past the vehicle was still in same spot, again greeted upon arrival. I feel that the new tech took very good care of my concern with vehicle not being worked on. They went above my expectations and credited me for the wait. I will come back again with the employees going above my expectations.

The staff worked quickly to help me out. At first it appeared as if irritated I was bringing my car in, but they were able to get me on my way after an oil change.

Customer first attitude They do what they say and back it up with excellent service. It's the only place I take my vehicle. I tried another oil change store in the area, but I developed an oil leak. I took my vehicle to Big O, and they found the problem and repaired the problem. Thanks! ST

Sam and the whole crew were professional, trustworthy and got the work done quickly every time I've had my Silverado fixed. They keep this truck rolling with new trans shaft seals this time , the engine at 390000 original miles. A big thank you guys.Great service. Mitch
