This place is one of the few places left to find excellent customer service. Mike treats all of his customers with respect and he makes what can be a negative experience very enjoyable. I plan to use this location for any time I can for all of the services they provide

The techs need to focus one 1 car at a time instead of several. I noticed that.

They were quick with both our vehicles. Well done.

I would have given a 5 for customer service, the one "negative" was the associate who checked me out. Seems he was having a bad day, not as friendly or helpful as all others I interacted with. I have a new car and the previous shop didn't know if I needed reg or synthetic oil, they went back-and-forth. Your associate knew instantly I need synthetic and took the time to show me on the computer.

I'm not one to typically write reviews, but Mike has taken better care of us than I thought even existed anymore. The customer service we have recieved each time we have been in has been absolutely fantastic.. This will be the place we go when we need any service they provide, hands down.

They checked a potential problem for me, which I appreciated.

Really like this place and it's close to my home.

Overall they are great, but they need to make it a habit on giving windshield time frame for next service.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and honest! I'd like to give a big thank you to Jeff for being honest with me about a repair that could easily have been done at Big O Tires, but I didn't realize the repair was covered under the warranty if I took it back to the dealership. I appreciate that kind of honesty. I have been a customer here for a few years now, and the staff are friendly and professional and I am always happy with the work that they do as well as their awesome attitudes. I highly recommend!

Gave me a good deal on horse trailer tires. Nice waiting room. Coffee, water, popcorn, donuts, tv, comfy chair. They moved up a notch for me.

I travel 2000 + miles a month so I am in there every two and half to three months. I get there by seven and by eight eight thirty Im back on the road. Always treated very nicely, any thing my car needs is explained and showed to me. I trust them.
