Had an oil pan leak, we were told about from a different Big O, these guys did the job in timely manner and were helpful.Thank you!

new tires and alignment, dropped car off, shuttled home and picked up in the afternoon

Met at front counter with my Rhino 700. Dennis, and Others were great. Young Girl did the service. Not a regular vehicle +Yamaha Side by side(. They serviced it. I do need to find out of Tech Gil located the spark plug. Please let me know Hunt Highway Big O Team. Thank you Kurt Snallcimb

I had a 4pm appointment. I arrived at 3:30. My truck didn't get in a stall until after 5 pm. Even though I was just getting an oil change, it was after 6 before I got my truck back. I would like to say that Mike who waited on me from behind the counter was great. He was very apologetic for how long it took. It was just a busy day I guess.

They put a starter in an PITA 2000 4Runner. Any Mechanic reading this would understand. I do most of my own work using a Toyota FSM and use only OEM when possible, but there are just some things better left for someone else to do, starter is one. As a shade tree mechanic I enjoy a place that isnt pushy on add ons and respects my knowledge

The service seemed to take longer then I expected before someone came out to update me on the conditions of some of the tires. I was in the store almost 2+ hours. I only paid for two new tires so will return for future service.
