Big O Tires

I use them everytime I am in Town and need an oil change.

I drive alot of mileage each month so Im in there for oil change every three months, most of the staff know me. No matter how busy they are they always find the time to get me in, I go before work and have to wait. If ever they cant work me in they are so apologetic and sincere.

Got 2 new rims. Thats all I have to say. Typical service however not any maintenance.

Big-O-Tires did a four wheel alignment on my vehicle. I had personally replaced all control arms in the front of the vehicle: upper, lower, and outer tie rods. I also replaced the rear tension links and toe ends. This is why the shop performed mt four wheel alignment.

Repaired my tire and put nitrogen in it like I had before. They listened to my concerns and requests as I run a higher pressure in my tires as I have bigger tires on my truck. They worked with me and got me back on the road. I greatly appreciate the services they have and availability.

Helpful, friendly and convenient. I'll be returning for service as needed. Didn't try to upsell extra services/items to me. Did do what I asked them to in a timely affordable manner. They were pretty busy but everybody was hustling so they kept the flow moving and before it was an issue my truck was ready.
