My mom's car battery died while we were out shopping. My 4 month old was in the car with us and it was one of those rare rainy days in San Tan Valley. We were desperate to get a new battery right away. When we got to Big O, there was no wait. The guys changed our battery immediately and were very fast and friendly.

I went for an oil change and I needed it that day because we were going on a long trip , I didn't have an appointment but they the guys took care of me I had to wait a little bit but it wasn't bad , everyone was friendly and professional, thank you

For a while my car had been making this loud squealing noise and when it became constant I called to make an appointment the gentleman who answered my call was polite and very concerned and got me an appointment right away. The service was quick and professional and my car is running so much better! I am very happy with this location. It's about the 3rd time I have used their services. 2 for big purchases and the pricing has been fair! Highly recommended!

Unbelievable customer service! Needed major repairs on our minivan. The staff was concerned that is was too cold for a couple of seniors to wait outside. They followed us while we drove home and took our car back to Big O. They delivered it to our home when the job was completed. We have never experienced such care and concern during this scary coronavirus surge. Impressive that Big O has their staff tested frequently. It is a pleasure doing business with a socially responsible company. They did a wonderful job on our vehicle. You can be sure that we will have all our repairs done here. We will be recommending you to everyone we know!

Sales associate Kyle was very communicative with the issues my vehicle was in and made sure I understood why it was needed to be done. Then notified me they needed to keep it for an overnight and order parts from other locations. Very professional and caring person.
