Kyle took great care of me. I brought my car in at 7:40am and he gave me a ride to my work and then even brought the car over to me when it was done. We are in the same area about 200 yards between us but it was so nice of him to bring that over to me so after a long day at work I could just go home and not worry about going to get my car. AWESOME service here every time I am here.

I called around for tires for two weeks. I priced multiple dealers, asked many questions. The only place that I found was honest with me was Big O. I found the tires I wanted but the cheapest price was at Wal Mart. Wal Mart couldn't guaranty delivery date and gave me a window of 4-6 to install after they received them. So I called around pricing these tires. Aaron at Big O was extremely pleasant and helpful. He assured me the tires would be in the next day. They came in early and they called me and put them on ahead of schedule. 100 thanks to Big O you saved me a lot of stress at a stressful time. again THANK YOU
