Everyone is great! The staff always gets my vehicles done in the time they give me. The waiting area is always clean.

I didn’t feel pressured into a purchase at all. Staff was highly professional and they had no problem with being honest.

The prices of the various services need to be updated. For example the price for diagnostic was $120.00 and the actual price today was $135.00. Ray was great, explained the items he checked, and the results he found.

The hours were early enough that I didn’t have to miss work. They had a courtesy van to take me home and come get me when it was ready. my tires where not in-stock on site which wasn’t an issue because I was not stuck there for hours waiting. But it really didn’t take long as I was able to work from home.

You mentioned free alignment above, I bought four Big O Legacy Tour Plus Tires. These were top of the line tires, I was told an alignment was recommended. $89.99. It has never been free when I have bought tires and I have never been asked about one. The past six years I have gone to the same Big O every three months. I drive two thousand miles a month, free alignment would have been nice. But either way I love the guys at my Big O, they make the best popcorn Lol

Met at front counter with my Rhino 700. Dennis, and Others were great. Young Girl did the service. Not a regular vehicle +Yamaha Side by side(. They serviced it. I do need to find out of Tech Gil located the spark plug. Please let me know Hunt Highway Big O Team. Thank you Kurt Snallcimb
