Brought my Infiniti in for an oil change a couple of days ago and was told I needed rear break pads. No sales pitch, they showed me exactly what was wrong leaving no doubt about my need for new break pads. NOW comes the cost of this unanticipated necessary evil lol, Extremely competitive! After quickly unleashing my handy smart phone and performing an internet search and subsequent quest for quotes I found one maybe two other places that came within $10 of there price, every body else came in way higher. Thing is they're convient, comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. By the way, the staff really seem to be a bunch of honest, friendly and hard working folks.I'm now a loyal customer now and will be returning.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It did take a while to have my oil changed but i did not have an appointment and it was a very busy morning. Overall I was happy with my visit, Jaime was very nice, kept me up to date on time and was very helpful.

So far, so good.Waiting for the replacement wheel to arrivd.

Kyle was my mechanic who checked Me in and out. He did Great job and didn’t leave my car dirty inside full of oil. He explained everything I had a question for and didn’t force any extra work or add ons to me. I will be going back when needed.

I called as soon as I had a problem and spoke with Aaron who was kind and sympathetic, told me to come in right away and they’d take care of it. Aaron was honest, funny and respectful of how much I love my truck and how many years I’ve been coming to this Location. Aaron kept me up to date, calling me with a diagnosis and was honest with pricing and a timeline of when it would be fixed. Then Aaron called to tell me my truck was done BEFORE I expected it to be. He was also there when I was to pay and pick up my truck, making it a very nice experience; dealing with the same Employee throughout. Aaron was sympathetic to my truck’s age, my attachment to it and was still honest with me regarding it’s issues. I’ve dealt with Aaron before, but this experience really made me realize what a great Employee Aaron is. He made me laugh, put me at ease and stayed honest throughout. That means something. It means a lot. It’s Employees like Aaron that keep me coming to this Location.
