Big O Tires

Went there w a noise n bump bump issue w brakes, they figured it out n fixed it. Now we feel MUCH safer using our brakes. *If I could 'ck' 11...I would. All the staff is nice, professional. Can enjoy our drive now.

I WALKED INTO BIG O TIRES CLUELESS ABOUT THE TIRES ON MY CAR. FEOM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN MY KIDS AND I WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY! MY FINANCES WERE NOT THE BEST, MIKE THE MANAGER AND MATT OVERLY EXCEEDED WITH HELPING ME FIND THE BEST WAY TO PAY FOR MY TIRES. WHILE I WAS TAKING CARE OF THE TIRE ISSUE, THE OTHER EMPLOYEES KEPT AN EYE ON MY KIDS AND FED THEM. The tires I wanted were not in stock. The salesman find an alternative set that worked with my tire size and rating i wanted. During the install of the tires, it turned out they only had 3 of the tires, not four. The salesman quickly contacted another location and had the missing tire there in just a few minutes. Great customer service!

Brian the sales associate was very knowledgeable and realized my type of tires for my vehicle would not be in stock (he looked everywhere for me) so he ordered me what I needed and gave me a discount. The next day the arrived and my Elsa (yes that’s my cars name lol is good as new) Tires are pricey regardless but good customer service is priceless.

Great service

I had low tire pressure when we brought it in and they changed a tire out but on the way home the light came back on. We returned to the store, even though it was right at closing and they took care of the issue. We appreciate the dedication to making the situation right.
