Customer service is excellent. My car is 17 yrs old and unfortunately many repairs have been necessary. They took very good care of my car and me in getting what I needed done and in seeing that I get the financing that I needed from your credit card.

The Manager at that location Jared LaCoste is always so helpful! He and his team always go above and beyond to satisfy all their customers! I would highly recommend using this location!!

I had flat and then changed my spare on n gotten flat too! So I drove to big o and this guy told me it can be fixed and saved me from other tire too. My 3rd tire just got flat! If it wasnt for levi kool the guy that works there saved me from driving on another flat lol!. I never known I would 3 total flat tires. Thank you levi kool and Big O!

I have always gotten my oil changed at the location in San Tan Valley and for the first time they did not try to sell me anything extra and just let me know about things for the next oil change.I truly appreciated that and my car was done in like an hour which was a first also!!

Having been in a related service industry I pretty much understand the true aspects of service. My wait in line was minimal. Your service writer took the time to go out and check my vehicle. Questions and explanations of work was right on the mark. After he looked at vehicle status versus mileage he gave me recommended service and tire status and suggestions but did not try to push additional work on me. Time of work did not take long at all. I was able to watch through window in customer waiting area. There was water, coffee, donuts, bananas and apples. Once done, he explained work and charges and I was on my way. Very satisfied and thank you.
