I had a business trip to CA to make today in my personal vehicle. As I was getting ready to leave, I found a screw in the sidewall of one of my tires, which were purchased at BigO. I headed over and explained to Levi that I was in a time crunch and had to get on the road. The shop was very busy. Levi who I assume is part of the management team decided to do the job himself! This type of customer service is why I've had three sets of tires installed by them...and will continue to give them my business.

The person that helped me was friendly, I didn't have to wait long to get help and they took care of my vehicle right away. I usually make an appointment, but this time I didn't and it still went fast.

I called to see availability for an oil change the man that answered was really nice and told me to bring it in anytime. That was amazing as I'm super busy. I felt comfortable enough to add on to my oil change with what the guy suggested.

Quick and informative, were finished before they said they would be. Did not BS me or add anything and saved me over $100 by suggesting an alternative repair from that offered by dealer.

Great people, however, original issue unresolved after financing $3000.

I had read reviews about how long the wait time was for any service but I think it was a reasonable wait time and service on a Sunday.

Awesome experience

I scheduled an appointment for 1100 am the following day. But the shop got the tires from another store and called me at 1230 pm and said they could fit me in today. I had to be done by 300 pm and they were able to be done by 230 pm. Great customer service, good pricing and clean store.
