Came in for a rotation and balance, unfortunately was told I couldn’t have the service done due to the tread on my tires, didn’t take long for us to figure out some tires for me and he had the whole job done in about an hour and a half which I think is great considering he had the tires brought down from a sister store to make my tire installation happen the same day, I appreciate the efforts made that day since my front left tire was at a 2 on the tread chart and with this hot sunny AZ summer around the corner I wasn’t willing to take any risks, Stephen Miller did a great job explains Acima to me as well which I appreciate considering I used them for the credit on the tires, overall great experience

Repaired my tire and put nitrogen in it like I had before. They listened to my concerns and requests as I run a higher pressure in my tires as I have bigger tires on my truck. They worked with me and got me back on the road. I greatly appreciate the services they have and availability.

I only use this Big O tire for my service on my 2008 Honda Accord. It’s because of the service that I keep returning.

I was informed that the drain plug was stripped when they attempted to change my oil. Since the last oil change was done at another Big O location it was fixed free of charge to me. Thank you for that! This San Tan Valley location will be the only location to work on my car from now on.

Dropped off my vehicle and told them they had 4 days to complete transmission flush and oil change. Vehicle is not needed till 4/1. Within three hours of dropping off the vehicle I was notified of recommended services that should be done soon and later also within the three hours I got the call that the vehicle was ready for pick up

I came in because wire was showing on my tire...i severly needed tires and they did everything they could to give me the best price and service around. These guys were very courteous to include the manager. After a few laughs to pass the time they found the best deal they could. It's nice to know that despite this pandemic and crisis that we are having that these people found the energy to make .e purchasing tires a pleasant one.

Daughter’s camero, ac went out and needed oil change. Brian explained everything after the inspection and handled it all. Kept me in communication throughout. Brian and his team at this location are phenomenal to work with.
