what a pleasure it was dealing with the staff at the Happy Valley Rd. location, very informative, and attentive, dealing with Robert Warner was just wonderful, he explain the services I needed and the time frame that it will take to have my car ready, he also called to follow up on the status of the repairs. when I went back to pick up my car, Michael Gruentzel, was just as gracious and helpful. I truly appreciate their help and honesty. I would recommend this location highly, for their excellent services, follow ups and pricing, but mostly for connecting with their customers and genuinely caring.

Staff gave me different option for addressing my problem

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. When I got back to work I noticed my hub cap was missing. I called Big O and explained, Matt asked if he could call me back in the morning, he was going to speak to his boss. Long story short. He told me to call the dealer and order my hub cab and they would pay for it. So I did and they did. Amazing customer service! Amazing! Thank you guys.

I had a tire that was slowly leaking. Brought my car in to have it checked out and the guys had the problem figured out and fixed in short order.

The work we needed done was done well. We only had 1 small problem & Big O manager handed everything for us at no extra cost.

The team was welcomed me warmly and were super helpful. I got a free alignment check and the team made it an obviously easy decision to go ahead and have you do the alignment. I was presented with the unlimited re-alignment plans but not pressured. Super helpful team and the technician understood what he was working on. I even got compliments on my somewhat rare Land Cruiser.

Greeted upon walking in the store, the drop off was easy. Was called from Rob saying the car was ready well before I expected to be. Pick up with Rob was smooth and I never felt like I was being sold something that wasn’t needed. All around good experience and would definitely recommend Big O

Good location. The guys are friendly and the two times I have been there for tires and oil change they're not trying to upsell me on everything, which is nice. They seem knowledgable and are helpful. Thank you!

I’ve always returned to the Happy Valley Road shop because of the staff, quality of work, and the value. I’ve got other Big O shops, and other providers, closer to my home, but I prefer this shop for those reasons.
