Highly recommend, excellent, helpful & friendly staff.

WE have been customers for over 12 years. Bought a new car 3 years ago with 3 years of free service. Our other vehicle which you took great care of was totalled in an accident when someone ran a red light. So now back to BigO and we could not be more pleased with you. Dealer informed us we needed new front brakes and you inspected and told us we had at least another 7K miles left and would be about $300. less than dealer with better parts. Hard to find anything to complain about. Many thanks!!!!!

They did an alignment. They got the mileage wrong though. I had new upper and lower control arms install by another mechanic who does not do alignments. He sent me to Big o tires. They did a good job. Stuck the truck on the machine and it did the rest I suppose. What bothered me was that at the height of the pandemic many of the store clerks did not wear a mask. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Yeah, they can say that they already had the disease but I have not and I am high risk.

Every person I dealt with was professional and courteous.

We're new customers to this business and we really enjoyed our last two transactions there. Rob the person that has been helping us ever since has been really great and helpful. It turns out that we will now be loyal customers to Big O Tires.

I went to discount tire first because I had a flat and it was the closest tire store! I ended up frustrated and annoyed there and went to Big O. They were quick efficient and did an excellent job! I highly recommend this store!

It was amazing. I went because my pressure indicator was on. They checked it for me, found a hole and patched it for free. I was there for less than 30 minutes.
