First time here was happy with my experience

I took my truck in for a front end alignment. They were not able to get the truck aligned at this location but they certainly tried. I commend them for their efforts. They did recommend another shop that they thought would be able to align it and that shop was able to do it a couple of days later. I believe I worked with Trevor and he was straight up and honest with me. It was probably a combination of issues and he didn't charge me for an alignment. In all I would definitely go to this Big O tires again just because they were honest and straight with me and that is of the utmost importance to me. I wish all car shops were like this. Thank you

Big O Tires in McKellips and Poelwer in Mesa is a great location very clean and the guys are very nice.

I got both of my vehicles serviced and they did and excellent job.

I got home from work and noticed my rear tire was low. Upon closer inspection, I saw a screw head sticking out of the tire. At @ 5:00p the wife took the car to get the tire checked, and she came home @ 6:30p with 2 brand new tires installed. The tires were an exact match for the tires I had. Without scheduling an appointment, and getting 2 tires installed in such a short timeframe is pretty amazing. I certainly appreciate the fast service, thanks Big O.

All in all very good, gave the tires a hi way test run this weekend had them up to 95 mph. Rode very nice. So far so good . Thanks, now let's see how the service is if I should ever need it!!!! I would bet just as good.

Cameron Rickerd was the gentleman who took care of me, he explained the pricing very well so well that when it came time to pay, the price he mentioned over the phone was exactly the price I paid when I checked out. They took care of my girlfriend’s vehicle very well. I use to be a die heart fan of Discount Tire but not anymore! Big O Tire for the win. I’m highly satisfied with the Big O!!!

Jaimie at the Big O store at Power Rd. and McKellips was very helpful, I had a screw in the sidewall of my tire and I needed the car for a important meeting. Jaimie took extra effort to get my spare put on my car and order two new tires for my car. I have always been served extremely well at this store.

Salesperson was honest and recommended the right set of tires versus the most expensive ones.

I was not greeted at my car as I had made an appt. for noon on Saturday. Jaime Whitford greeted me at the door and got my car right in for service.

Your employees are very courteous and professional. Facilities were clean and comfortable.
