Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I was in the waiting room with my 2 grandkids and much appreciated the snacks, water and access to a tv. Also, the kids liked watching work being done in the shop through the big window between the waiting room and shop. Thank you.

Had a flat tire. Brought it in to Big O on McKellips, talked to Jaime left the car. They called me when it was done, fixed the flat, put the spare back filled up the tires with air and charged me 0 dollars!! I fully expected to pay at least 25 and wouldn't have been surprised if they charged me 100 bucks to fix the flat. But they charged me zero. I offered to pay and they wouldn't except. I'm definitely going back to bingo for all of my tire needs.

the new guy Brett was amazing, very helpful, and knowledgeable with need to be done on my truck as well as and explain everything on how things work. and the steps in how things should be maintained and fixed! need more guys like him!!!

Car accident. Broken axle. Recuperation g from major back surgery and having great difficulty walking. Cameron immediately accessed damage and was able to get repairs. Made following day. Great customer service from beginning to end of service. He is very much appreciated.
