Car accident. Broken axle. Recuperation g from major back surgery and having great difficulty walking. Cameron immediately accessed damage and was able to get repairs. Made following day. Great customer service from beginning to end of service. He is very much appreciated.

I was very pleased with the tire purchase and the customer service. My only complaint was the new tires were not inflated to the vehicle manufacturer specifications. A small matter and William quickly offered to rectify the problem at my convenience when I can get by the shop.

I this location is awsome. I was very disappointed in the location on main and greenfield rd. After leaving my vehicle with them for 5 hrs. For a simple alignment, when arriving to that location i found the alignment tech outside smoking and pacing while listening to loud music, with another car on the rack that hadn't been touched yet. After visiting your location on mckellips and power iam glad that i decidid to try another big O tire tor my alignment. Thanks for beeg open on sunday. Life saver.

Try friendly staff who was willing to explain all my options and pricing. Service was quick and pickup/payment was also a quick and easy process. Front staff seemed like they were there to help, not sell services my vehicle didn’t need.

The guy at the counter (Daniel? Manny? Forgot his name, sorry) was great! He told me what services were considered the most necessary and which were to think about in the future. Didn't feel like he was trying to pitch a sale and felt genuine. I appreciate that. I have an appointment for my car this weekend.
