Big O Tires

You sold me shitty tires and intended to sell me one more once my tire got worn out. I have been doing my maintenance and oil change. last time tire showed low on air and oil maintenance required after my oil change

The people were very nice and kind to me. It took way longer than expected but they were out 3 people that day. So because I had no where to be I just stayed there.

I rate 0 this is the worst place to buy a products!! I am very angry with the service (lack of service) on my car Friday & Saturday. I was charged for parts that did not need replacing. The entire problem with the car wasn't even fixed!

I have been a loyal customer for many years but this last visit will probably be my last. I took my Explorer in for an oil change and opted for a fuel system tuneup as well. I got a call about an hour later saying "how long has the ABS warning light been on? Never, I said. I was told it could be something simple like a fuse or it could take as long as 5 hours to track down. What an amazing coincidence that I have driven this vehicle for years and the ABS warning light comes on for the first time while in your hands. I was told, " well a malfunction happens when it happens". It will cost over $100 for a diagnostic just to let me know what the actual repairs will cost. This whole thing sounds like "made work" to me. If I do have the ABS problem looked at it won't be at Big O.

The worst experience I have ever had! I was told that they price match which is a lie they do not! Tylor lied to me and then passed off the phone to Jason because Taylor made a mistake. I gave them a quote from Discount tire verbally when I was told the price would be the same. I have conducted business with both companies and it seems that Big O is going down hill! We arrived at 4pm to get tires installed and alignment we didn't get out of there till 9pm. Tylor was not there when we checked out so the bill was $100 higher then the price match. Once I called to discuss this price match I was told after the fact I needed to get the price match in writing. I did as they asked however the tire they were price matching comes with the warranty and because the quote said zero my bill is $100 more. I was then told if I can get Discount tire to provide in writing that the road hazard is included at the $24.95 apparently Jason worked at Discount and said that's how much they charge per tire then they will reduce the cost of the price match the quote. Keep in mind all of this was asked AFTER I purchased the tires not BEFORE hand! In Addition to this I also got an alignment on the vehicle as well personally I feel like I got charged for the alignment but it was not actually performed so NOW I have to go back and get the vehicle realigned! I should charge them for my time! This place used to be great, well Big O I have 4 other vehicle that you have now lost a customer to Discount Tire because of poor customer service, dishonesty, and horrible business practices all for $100.00! Beware consumers if you ever price match here be sure to get everything in writing from here because their word means nothing they tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and the hose the honest customer! So sad what happened to business word of mouth and integrity!

Lied to about problems, over quoted $1700, serious issues overlooked and not communicated about. Unprofessional salesperson.

Very helpful…fixed the tire

These guys tried to tell us they couldn't do a rotation on our car because we needed 4 tires. I worked for Big O in show low and know 100% there is no need for new tires for another 10,000 miles at least. We were also told they couldn't repair our tire, after they told us they were done 6 hours later, and allowed me to show up expecting it to be fixed.

2 Areas: A: Wishing rep had said "Big O" tires as to the tires being installed (I assumed that they were 'Big O' tires); B: Need a better back-up plan for when the computer fails during the payment process! Great service during rain storm, and

Been going to this Big o tires location for a while now. Loved it recommended to everyone. Before Rudy would help and he was amazing! Super honest, I had trust for sure. Recently there has been new faces and I have taken my truck and car there both of which I am told all these things are wrong. Been replacing all the recommendations they provide. Took my car to a different mechanic to see if it was really an issue. Big o tires employees told me the drum on the back breaks were terrible and the breaks were shot. I took it to another credible mechanic and they took everything apart and showed me they could have used a break change yes. But the drums were fine. They also told me The hoses were terrible. Mechanic also showed me those and they were fine. I'm disgusted because I feel played. They made it sound like my car was going to break down. And that is not the case. You guys should have Rudy deal with customers otherwise you guys May lose business. If I go back and Rudy isn't the one there I am walk right back out. Ridiculous

I have been taking my vehicle to this location for close to a year and every time I have amazing service. I’m always able to get scheduled right away, communication is great, I don’t feel like a “sale” I trust this location with my vehicle and my families safety I will continue to go here over the dealership

I dropped off my car for an oil change. Was told it would be ready in 2 hours. I called back in 3 hours and was told it was next up. I went in an hour later and it was still in the parking lot. I had an appointment. So had to leave with no oil change..a waste of my time and I still need that oil change!

Big o tires took 6 hours for tires what a joke

Jeff has been servicing all three of my high mileage vehicles for years and keeps them chugging along! He is always helpful especially diagnosing and fixing the problem! I would HIGHLY recommend!
