Matt, the store manager, finds the most economical way of getting the job done and his prices are better than the 3 Big O Tire stores we pass to get to his location. He stands behind the job his techs do.

Very pleasant staff, clean lobby, I have Sunday's off so its great that I can schedule Sundays appointments to accommodate all my car service needs.

Matt and crew took the time to look for the best deal for my tires and was nice enough to give me a ride home as well as pick me up!

This is the second store I have visited to see if the store on Lindsey was an abberation . It was not . Their stores are a 12 out of 10 . Honest , clean ,and excellent customer service . I would advise people to not go anywhere else but Big O Tires . .Frank McLaughlin and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to work with . Pick any Big O Tires store and you will not be disappointed . I give them 10 stars out of 5!!!

This is my 2nd visit to this location and am completely satisfied with the service and professionalism from Matt McGrath and his staff. I ended up here , because another Big O tire location, told me that they don’t rotate tires, after I spent over 1,000 dollars, at their location. Matt restored my faith in Big O tires and will be back again next year, for a tire rotation and oil change. Please acknowledge Mat and his staff for a job well done. Thank you.

Spouse@I have top of line Big OWS.Great ride. Recently had ,blower , @ all to go with it. I own a 2000 MERCEDES , HARD TO WORK ON! Technicians hear NO PROBLEM! Also replacing loose parts , missing screws, cracked vacuum lines.,,, courtesy , ( TOPS. ).A clean shop, that my spouse is very welcome. Well THANKS IS EASY TO SAY TO ALL!!!! RALPH CRATTY

Schedule change was easy; work done was finished quickly and I have no complaints.

My tire was fixed quickly. The staff was friendly.
