Fast and great service!! Oil and filter changed and throttle body was cleaned!! Running great!

To make a long story short, I have not been impressed with this Big O Tire store. They never call me back after the service is performed. They try to upsell everything and told me my brand new KnN air filter was excessively dirty and the throttle body needed to be cleaned. They never even took the engine cover off to look at the throttle body. The only good thing i can say is they noticed my serpentine belt needed replaced. I did it in 30 min for 30 bucks. They wanted almost 150.

I took my car in to get my tires rotated and balanced and bought a new tire and they were supposed to give me an alignment. However the alignment is worse now than what it was before I brought it in. This is the second time thats happened.

I came in for my free alignment, tire rotation and to get one of my tires repaired. I asked the attendant if they will also check my tire pressure and he said yes. However, when I received my car none of my tire pressures were checked and they were still low. So instead of going back to the service shop I decided to purchase a tire pressure gauge myself and filled my tires to the correct pressure myself.

Communication was good! Brake fuel was recommended. At my last oil change, I also did the brake fluid, so they changed out for free. Thats awesome service, since I am not sure how well it was done 3 months or so ago.

I always come here but I was disappointed that day. I was the 2nd person waiting at the door when they opened and had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. I was never told my car was ready. I was starting to panic because I had to get back to work and I looked out the window and there it was - parked in a new spot because it was finished. I was never told it was ready. Who knows when it was. I went up and asked if I could pay and then they said, "Oh, there are all these other things you need to have done. Did anyone go over that with you?" "Nope! Too late now! I'm late for work..." Ugh. So, I was glad to have had the service done but it definitely could have been better. I guess it will be up to me to ask several times during my next service, "Is the car ready yet??" Boo.

Your employees really care about their customers! I overheard them going out of their way to help a customer with a unique fuse issue. It made me trust the shop. I just came in for oil but I will now be back for other services. I am so glad I found a good shop, such a relief.

I have gone to this particular Big O many years. For the most part, I believe I have had good service. However, a few years back I was sold the wrong tires (informed by another Big and bought new ones after a blow out. Went back to this Big O where I bought the first set and the record was lost. Since I had other satisfactory service, I chalked it up to an error and moved on. This latest service atteempt by Big O tried to sell me a mass air flow sensor replacement for $300 (and charged a diagnostic $120) to fix the problem for which I went in. I did spend almost $1,000 on other services. I bought the mass air flow sensor ($100) at Autozone and it literally took me 3 minutes to install. I still had the issue after the sensor replacement. Turns out after some fiddling around, it was a loose fuse for the fuel pump. Not sure about their diagnostic and how Big O was going to honestly charge $300. I have spent thousands over many years with various vehiclea at this Big O and am now wondering how much was unnecessary charges.

They were amazing! Matt and his 3 techs provided outstanding service , despite being short staffed , busy and DAY before holiday. They went above and beyond , and exceeded my expectations. This excellent service is why I will ALWAYS go back to this store! Professionalism at it's Best! These guys deserve to be recognized and appreciated!!

This guys mean well but need more organization. If they quote 2hrs for a service, expect to be there 6!

Quick and friendly

Long wait time told me it would only be an hour but was two and half hours trying to tell me there was somebody ahead of me but my truck sat there doing nothing I rate this service very Very poor will not go back there
