Big O Tires

Bought new tires and clerk explained all the guarantees and service included, however, I also had the oil changed and they did not put a new sticker on my windshield so that I could follow up when time. Also, I asked that they check on my power steering fluid and they didn't explain that they did it and what was the result. Overall, I'm happy with the customer service of the personnel, just felt that everything wasn't taken care of as it had been at other Big O stores.

Very easy and fast, pretty simple. Accidentally put in for snow tires like a dummy and was super fast. Had it scheduled the next day but they squeezed me in same day so I didn't have to miss work.

John kept after resolving parts supply issue and kept us informed. He and the service manager did all they could in addition offered a reduction in service cost.

Service was decent, left grease stains on interior car leather though, failed to check the pressure in the spare tire, and mistyped the mileage requiring return trip to the store for correction.

Everyone is kind and doesn't try to scare me into buying things for my car that I don't need

Just wanted tires rotated, which they did. But of course it was turned into a high-pressure sales job for their other services. Cant say I blame them, but still rather annoying. Probably the reason they took an hour instead of the 10-15 minutes it would take for a tire rotation.

I have been with this location for 2 years and always have the same great service. The store is very clean everyone is knowledgeable, I never feel over sold.

They charge store charges on labor and claim its tax

Everything was as I expected it to be. Good, friendly service in a timely manner.

The customer service was excellent. Joe and John did a great job explaining everything. Even the mechanic Dylan was kind and friendly. The only thing was the oil change took 2-3 hours instead of the 45mins-1 hour as mentioned on the phone when I called to make an appointment.

Reduce the wait times for customers and I waited 5 hrs.

John at the front was absolutely amazing. Broke down all the pricing for me and gave me honest recommendations. I really appreciate him and the time he took with me. He was super nice and made the visit very pleasant!

Last time oil change, I was told that I need to spend $200 for the proposed improvement, this time I was told to spend $700 for another different improvement proposals. I don't like the approach from the stores. If I continue experience this kind of hassle, I may consider going somewhere else for SIMPLE OIL CHANGE service.

Everything that we needed was done highly satisfied. They got the job done in very good time considering 4 new tires replaced, alignment and double checking everything else to be sure it was all done correctly ! We were very pleased! And comfortable area to relax as we waited. Restroom, T.V. comfortable chairs !! A relaxing area !! We were very happy !!
