I had an excellent experience at Big O. George was fantastic!

I had a nail in my back rear tire. The service tech told it was covered and that he would let us know when the vehicle was ready. Great customer service & easy to get this taken care of.

James at Big O Tire gave me a fair deal on mud claw mud tires, had them installed same day even though tires were in a warehouse across town. Very happy with the tires and their service.

Matt and Luis were professional and courteous. I had a problem with the Big O’s on Main Street and Matt went above and beyond to make sure that I would not experience the same problem at his store.

Had to wait a while past appointment time for them yo start on my vehicle, but once they did, went as expected. Staff was friendly and kept me informed of progress.

I was informed over the phone that air filter was included in the price of the oil change, but my invoice stated that the air filter was quoted and not performed. I was a bit perplexed by this. Did they not replace it? They had even come in to inform me about how dirty the filter was and I agreed it needed to be replaced. It says $19.99 for the filter that was quoted but "not performed"�, but they said on the phone it was included. Loved the service and friendliness. Just came away a little uncertain about what exactly they did. Definitely going back to BigO and will have more questions to clarify things before, during, and afterwards.

They got me in same day 2 tires replaced. Did ask about alignment check, performed alignment. Friendly guys there.

Navarro was a great help to me. Being out of town and having a flat is never a good thing. I usually go to the shop that lifted my truck to the Big O tires on Val Vista and Baseline. The big o I take it to always takes care of me and my vehicle. I find there service is honest and reasonable with prices. They always take care of my truck when it is there and keep me updated with with any further problems they see. Last few times I've been dropping it off on Sundays cause I'm to busy Mon through Sat. I will continue dropping it of there and using them for my service

The price was very reasonable and the customer service was beyond just good. I was explained to clearly what additional inspections would be done on my car along with the oil change. I liked the efficiency in which the check up was done and the difference that it made on my car.
