I am a senior woman and have been taken advantage of at auto repair shops in the past. But, I only have high praises for your staff. They all listened to my concerns and made recommendations to fix my car. Nivaro, Tyler, Jason & Greg were so professional in every aspect. There were some problems in getting my car fixed, but they never gave up. Thank you Big O, you have the best employees I've ever come across in my many years!

Thanks Greg! Went in for a wobbly car, my rear tires were separating. Had those replaced and the guys did an inspection while they were in there. They did a fluid check, my fuel system was full of chunky black stuff. They ran cleaner through it twice, and now my car runs better than it has in at least 60k miles. It's like my car got a new lease on life and at 135k, that's crucial. Thanks again!

The ease of making the appointment. Your sales guy in the front was great. He did forget to offer me the free alignment check but let me know that I could come in any time to have that done.

Even though the employees are super busy, they still have time to explain and talk with the customers. Everyone at this location seems happy to work and even though they are always busy! They make the waiting room as comfortable as possible and allow the customer to come and go as needed.

Jason and staff are great

The mechanic I conversed with was extremely transparent about what he thought was best and how much things could potentially cost. He also communicated that in the next few months I should get alignment checked out and also see about tire tread.

The was busy was in store customers and phone calls but Matt (believe he was the manager) was incredibly friendly and upbeat. Explained prices and products with ease to me as well as other customers. The wait time for my oil change was a little longer than anticipated considering i made an apt but i did not mind waiting because the staff were great!
