Greg, YOU ARE THE BEST! My "bus" (15 passenger van) got a flat tire due to a nail. No problem, and professional customer service from Greg. Fast service and even had the AC running in the bus for the kiddos to get back in and not be hot. Thank you!

The poor guy at the front desk was SWAMPED but remained highly profession and incredibly kind. I appreciated how well he explained things to me so that I fully understood everything.

Friendly staff with great service! Darren, even though he was new to this location did a thorough check of our Town And Country van, isolated the problems with the power steering hoses and leaks. Had everything taken care of in less time than we expected. So much better then taking the car to the dealer, more competitive prices and much better service! Even processed the paperwork as part of the repair was covered under our extended warranty.

Every associate at the location I visited knew exactly who I was, which car was mine, and what I was in for. The process what stress free and everyone was very flexible with my schedule. The cost was completely reasonable and the location was clean and stocked with drinks/snacks.

Good customer service

Matt the manager had staffing issues beyond his control. He had requested help and no one was sent until 5 pm. Customers kept coming and coming. Matt had come in on his day off! I overheard him say to a customer that they would all stay as long as it took AND I know that he had to be in at 6:30 the next day. Corporate needs to recognize this man. I always get good service here.

Workers were extremely nice and friendly! Went in to get a tire looked at and changed and hour before closing and they were able to help me out right away! I was very appreciated with there quick service and friendliness and will highly go there again if any more issues occur!

Such a great experience! The guys at this location were friendly and informative and I left my car with people I felt I could trust. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and told me what was happening with my car every step of the way. I felt like my car was taken care of, and like I didn't have to worry about paying for things that I didn't really need to. All of the guys were very friendly and professional and I will most certainly be back. I recommend this place to anyone needing diagnostics, oil change, tires... whatever your car needs are, Big O has you covered.

I made an appointment for a balance and rotation but they were busy and were not able to get my vehicle in at the time I scheduled so they discounted my fee for the for the service.
