Friendly staff with great service! Darren, even though he was new to this location did a thorough check of our Town And Country van, isolated the problems with the power steering hoses and leaks. Had everything taken care of in less time than we expected. So much better then taking the car to the dealer, more competitive prices and much better service! Even processed the paperwork as part of the repair was covered under our extended warranty.

When I asked the manager if I really needed the alignment, he pulled out a detailed diagram of the under carriage of a vehicle and went through each % point of change in the adjustment and why it was made and explained why the steering column was also adjusted. So helpful. He also gave me valuable insights regarding problems Kia Souls have been facing.

Such a great experience! The guys at this location were friendly and informative and I left my car with people I felt I could trust. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and told me what was happening with my car every step of the way. I felt like my car was taken care of, and like I didn't have to worry about paying for things that I didn't really need to. All of the guys were very friendly and professional and I will most certainly be back.
