The team was upfront and honest and respectful with all activities. The only issue I have is they didn't identify what the problem is with my truck. They did, however, spend the time with me answering questions and even riding along with me to experience what I am noticing. I'm concerned that I paid a good amount of money and I will still end up on the side of the road needing a tow because something in my drive train failed.

Matt, the store manager, finds the most economical way of getting the job done and his prices are better than the 3 Big O Tire stores we pass to get to his location. He stands behind the job his techs do.

Matt and crew took the time to look for the best deal for my tires and was nice enough to give me a ride home as well as pick me up!

This is my 2nd visit to this location and am completely satisfied with the service and professionalism from Matt McGrath and his staff. I ended up here , because another Big O tire location, told me that they don’t rotate tires, after I spent over 1,000 dollars, at their location. Matt restored my faith in Big O tires and will be back again next year, for a tire rotation and oil change. Please acknowledge Mat and his staff for a job well done. Thank you.
