The team was upfront and honest and respectful with all activities. The only issue I have is they didn't identify what the problem is with my truck. They did, however, spend the time with me answering questions and even riding along with me to experience what I am noticing. I'm concerned that I paid a good amount of money and I will still end up on the side of the road needing a tow because something in my drive train failed.

From the moment I stepped through the front door and was greeted by multiple workers I was impressed. From how my day was going to explaining i to further detail the services provided for what I needed sone that day. Phenomenal job guys, keep up the hard work and great communication!

When I asked the manager if I really needed the alignment, he pulled out a detailed diagram of the under carriage of a vehicle and went through each % point of change in the adjustment and why it was made and explained why the steering column was also adjusted. So helpful. He also gave me valuable insights regarding problems Kia Souls have been facing.
