The associates are very honest and don’t try and force you to get things that are not really needed or that you could do on your own. I truly don’t feel pressured into buying other stuff for my truck like a lot of other places do.

I went to the wrong location, which was my fault. This put me at the right location, Val Vista and Baseline, 20 mins before they closed. Matt and his staff were great, even at the last hour to help me out with my tires. You don’t run into a staff that is willing to work so close to close and maintain a positive attitude the whole time.

This is the second store I have visited to see if the store on Lindsey was an abberation . It was not . Their stores are a 12 out of 10 . Honest , clean ,and excellent customer service . I would advise people to not go anywhere else but Big O Tires . .Frank McLaughlin and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to work with . Pick any Big O Tires store and you will not be disappointed . I give them 10 stars out of 5!!!

I received a specialty alignment service and Elias, Luis and Matt were all very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I got great service for a fair price. Matt took the time to explain the alignment technology, how my car's steering system is designed and works, and what the process is for setting a proper alignment. Overall, it was a great experience.

Big O Tires was accommodating as they were able to take me right in with my flat tire. They were knowledgeable by informing me that not only was my tire flat, but the wear bars were at a level 2 and usually are changed at a level 3. They offered several payment plans which helped me to be able to afford a new set of tires. Big O Tires is my choice of business for auto repair.

In and out in under an hour

We found the pricing to be better than competitors when I got home and priced matched. Got home? That’s right, I went to the big o because it was the only place open. They fixed my tire for free, I tried to pay! Due to their honesty and professionalism I asked for a quote and booked the first appointment for the following day.

My tire was fixed quickly. The staff was friendly.
