Big O Tires

I occasionally use them and they are ALWAYS friendly! 10 out of 10

My 2016 Tacoma needed oil change and tire rotation. Went to Discount tire and they don't do oil changes. I've been going to jiffy lube and they do oil changes but no tire rotation. 3rd time's a charm with trying to get all my services done and Big O and its techs got the job done. Super firendly pros and the shop satisfied all my truck needs and told me what else needs to be serviced the next time I come in. Definitely coming to this Big O in Maricopa for all of my vehicles needs.

Because they were able to squeeze me in before they closed and patch my tire, I needed it done before the days end to get to work the next day and these guys were a life saver. Also they did it for free

all worked out the only issue was seemed that it was short staff took longer to compleat the service tec was the best and tried to do what he could and did the tec name was paul.

Lost an engine under cover and the front tire ran it over while driving, stopped and checked the tire and discovered a large torn in the tire. Luckily I was close by Bigotires and went there for help, I explained the problem and the guy there immediately came outside to check and reccommended to change all four tires since they were starting to crack. I had my whole family with me and we had no where to go the staff there invited us to wait in the waiting area where there was a tv, fruit, water, popcorn and more so the wait was not even bad, we even ended up with free coupons for tickets to a baseball game. I cannot be more grateful for an excellent customer service and the hospitality. Will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family and they have definitely gained a loyal customer here.

We have always gone to Big O since it opened. The service has been excellent every single time. I have worked in the airline industry and customer service is the most important tool we had to keep customers coming back. Big O could write the book on this. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional at evwry turn. Keep up the great work.

Great friendly service my only complaint is coming from Upstate NY were everyone offers 20 at the max 30 Mins oil changes. I just can't understand why it's not offered anywhere here in AZ???
