Wish I got his name but the associate who checked me in was great, kept me informed and explained everything without pushing the recommended add ons

Came in for tires and left with updated service on everything else. (Air filters, breaks, oil.) they topped me up with window cleaner and my car runs like it did when I bought it.

We go to Big O because we trust their work. Their associates are very friendly and efficient. Paul usually helps us. We do feel that we get great deals and in the end we get great repairs and service.

This is the second vehicle I have brought to Big O and the service and prices are awesome. The gentleman at the counter were pleasant and very helpful. William was very helpful and listened to my issues and he really cared about helping me.

Have always had great customer service when taking my vehicle to Big O Tires.

I would say it was because my experience was fairly seamless in terms of the check-in, inspection, and the pick up. When I got there, I was greeted immediately and was able to check my vehicle in and get the tires quickly assessed, and I found out that I had to replace them because I have an all-wheel-drive vehicle and two of the four tires were worn. What I appreciated about the associate is them educating me on the importance of rotating my tires. The reason is because my car is all wheel drive and to make sure that the tires wear consistently throughout I need to make sure to rotate them regularly. They also let me know the number of miles that I'm supposed to rotate and so this time around I'm going to do it much differently with scheduling my appointments ahead, so it's less of a hassle and also making sure to be consistent with my tire rotations. Beyond that the service was good the price was fair and I think we both felt like we were happy at the end of the day.

I have been dealing exclusively with Big O since my relocation to Arizona in 2000. My first was at the location in Lake Havasu, where I lived, and now in Maricopa where I moved to 6 years ago. I have been to other locations for tire repair, etc., and have had the same treatment at each location I have been to. Thank You for the consistency in your treatment of your clients, and especially the treatment, help and information that is given to me!!!

I came into bigo for a service i wasnt happy about at the time. I left a complaint but, i would like to take the time to say Stephen the store manager made sure to get the part i needed, stay in contact with me and took care of the incident and im very happy with the way he did it and i couldnt be happier! I love this store and i will keep coming back.
