Big O Tires

I had a small leak and they found it at the cam and oil pan. So far, so good. I haven't noticed any drippings but it has only been 2 days.

They do the job correct, but the silence and lack of explanation is awful. Also, when you state on your appointment that you will be waiting…perhaps you can provide how long these services will take. Instead of 3 hours and you guys not uttering a word why it’s taking so long. I saw my car raised up with not a soil working on it for 15 to 20 minutes at a time and I was wondering, do they take 15 to 20 minutes breaks after working 15 to 20 minutes all day long?

I was on my way out of state when I got a flat tire on the side of the highway. I never had to deal with that experience before so I was worried I wouldn't be able to go anywhere. I walked in crying but Big O in Maricopa County took great care of me and my car and I couldn't be more thankful!!

Took my vehicle in for service, these guys did a great job, let me know a few things I needed and had a fair price to do them, wasn't the fastest, but they had a nice waiting area with fruit, donuts and water..pretty impressive

5/18/16. Had a dead battery. Made an appt to switch out the battery, but had an appt in Chandler so was on a very definite time line. Todd made it all happen for me! Thank you Big O Tires!

Technicians were very helpful and kind. Communication was very easy and the service rendered was perfect!

Rich at the service counter is awesome. I needed alot of work done to my truck. Brakes, 4X4 service etc. Rich walked me through the whole process and called to update me on progress and potential problems. Even called me from home after his shift was over to keep me informed. Some items needed immediate repair, some were for later down the road, things to keep an eye on.

Customer service is a 10 and this is why it’s our only oil service one stop place
