Big O Tires

I took my daughter's suv to have a tire repaired. I was learie, because some of these places take advantage of women. They repaired her tire at no charge. They have gained my respect. I will always do business at this location.

I purchased my tires here and had a repair that needed done. I did not make an appointment and it was fixed same day for me.

Quick service and great crew

I was explained what would be done, if necessary. What I thought I needed was explained to me why I didn't need a battery. Instead a small wire or screw (or something, don't know anything about cars) this was explained to me!!

I went in for an oil change and everything was above and beyond they put it out of you items that were showing more where than they should and I had an option of replacing or knowing that it would soon have to be replaced.

They were fast and had more then one person working on my car

The gentleman who checked me in, Marcus, was delightful, kind, courteous and friendly. Only negative is the waiting area smells like smoke.

The technician was the thorough and explained what they were going to do and what it would cost which was very appreciated. This helps the customer know what to expect and no surprises.

Please give a Paul Mack a high 5 as he took care of me the minute I drove in (had called ahead of time). Pleasant on the phone, answered all of my questions.
