I had made the appointment online and had a used car inspection done. There were several issues pointed out by the Big O mechanics that were not disclosed. Way to go Big O Tires, from saving me from wasting my money.

Shane Cotton greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I came in for an oil change, and during their inspection, they realized that I needed new windshield wipers, a new air filter, and a new cabin air filter. Shane ensured me that he gave me the best price available. Stephen was the mechanic who worked on my car. Both of these gentlemen were extremely polite! Shane offered the credit card and explained that I was eligible for a $20 mail-in rebate. The service I received today was exceptional! I sincerely appreciated their hospitality! Thank you for making this such an easy process!

The wait time is more than they say. Just for oil change and tires rotated. Adam the gentleman that helped me said it will be an hr and u will be out of here. They dint take my car back until an hr later after I arrived. I made an appointment online and waited 2.5 hours for my car..
